The Study Of Professor Liu Aimin's Experience In The Treatment Of Psoriasis Vulgaris Based On Data Mining

Objective: Based on the data mining theory,using TCM inheritance assist platform(V2.5)software,the Liu Aimin professor of clinical treatment of patients with psoriasis vulgaris prescription were analyzed and summarized,analysis of drug dosage,preference choice,dig out the potential medication thought and summarize clinical experience,for further clinical pharmacy selection provides a more objective and more practical.Methods: The outpatient prescriptions of Liu Aimin in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris in Henan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 1,2017 to December 31,2017 were collected,and 448 prescriptions were selected according to the inclusion criteria.In the case of two people checking at the same time,the data mining software "traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5)" system is entered.Then the results are obtained by using the software for frequency analysis,law analysis,correlation coefficient analysis,hierarchical clustering analysis and so on.Results: Among the 448 prescriptions for data mining,there are 106 kinds of Chinese medicine.1.The top ten drugs used in the frequency of drug use were Gardenia,Shikonin,Licorice,Forsythia,Radix paeoniae rubra,Caulis Bupleuri,Bupleurum,Tangerine peel,Buffalo horn,and Ephedra Sinica.2.The first five categories of drugs are: clearing away heat,supplementing deficiency,relieving exterior syndrome,activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis,and warming up;3.In the four distribution of drugs,the most commonly used cold drugs were warm second.Among the five drugs,the top three distribution is bitter,sweet and spicy three tastes.The meridian meridian and the liver meridian are the most commonly used herbs,followed by the heart meridian,spleen meridian,lung meridian and stomach meridian.4.In the drug model,the support was set to 18% and the confidence level was set to 0.8.A clinical result was obtained,with a total of 219 data,including 19 flavors of Chinese medicine.5.Rule analysis,when confidence level is set to 0.8,there are 433 rules in the rule analysis.6.By means of hierarchical clustering analysis,the correlation degree is 8 and the penalty rate is 2,and some potential new prescription combinations can be obtained.The core combination of 22 groups,the new combination of 10 groups.7.The number of prescriptions: the taste of prescription is mainly from 10 to 12,accounting for 89.5% of all prescriptions.Conclusion: With the method of data mining,six academic ideas were summed up by Professor Liu Aimin's experience in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris,and the use of common drugs was summarized,and some new combinations were obtained,which was beneficial to further guide the clinical use of drugs.
