Research On Medication Experience Of Professor Liu Qiao’s Treatment Of Psoriasis Vulgaris Based On Data Mining

Objective:Data mining technology was used to analyze the treatment plan of Professor Liu Qiao,a nationally renowned Chinese medicine practitioner,for the treatment of psoriasis,providing a reference for the clinical treatment of psoriasis.Methods:The prescriptions of Professor Liu Qiao for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris from January 2018 to December 2022 were collected,the prescription database was established,the database was preprocessed,and computing platform V3.0 was used.Combining with Professor Liu Qiao’s theory of treating psoriasis from poison,the law of Professor Liu Qiao’s medication in treating psoriasis vulgaris was summarized.Results:1.Basic information Statistical results of patients with psoriasis vulgaris:233 cases of outpatient prescriptions for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris by Professor Liu Qiao were included,including 153 cases of males and 80 cases of females.53 patients aged 20-29 years,51 patients aged 30-39 years,71 patients aged 40-49 years,50 patients aged 50-59 years,and 8 patients aged 60-67 years.148 cases of blood heat syndrome,14 cases of blood stasis syndrome,71 cases of blood dryness syndrome.2.Statistical results of lesions and symptoms in patients with psoriasis vulgaris: the color of blood heat syndrome is mostly bright red,the rate of skin lesions and hypertrophy is 32%,and the accompanying symptoms are pruritus,fever,dry skin,thirst,stool knot,etc.;The skin color of blood stasis syndrome is mostly dark red,accompanied by pruritus,dry skin,dry mouth,etc.The rate of skin lesion and hypertrophy was 78%,which was much higher than that of blood-heat syndrome and blood-dryness syndrome.The proportion of stratified scale and flake scale was more than 40%.Blood dryness syndrome skin color is light red,skin hyperplasia rate is 25%,accompanied by dry skin,pruritus,dry mouth,upset and so on.3.Statistical results of drug use in patients with psoriasis vulgaris: 233 prescriptions were used,with 75 drug types and 3212 drug frequency.There are29 kinds of high frequency Chinese medicine drugs,respectively: licorice,Tangerine peel,yam,ophiopogon ophiopogonis,rehmannia,soil poria,peony bark,hedyoglossia,salvia miltiorrhiza,red peony root,comgrass,radix angelicae,radix scallops,radix spatholobis,radix spatholobis,Radix spatholobis,radix japonica,radix sophora,radix sophora,radix sophora,radix sophora,radix sophora,radix japonica,radix japonica,honeysuckle,radix isatidis,gardenia,poria dendrobium.4.Normalization results with medicinal properties: The frequency of medicinal properties of traditional Chinese medicines in this study was 2874 times,and the highest frequency was cold,1582 times in total,accounting for 55%;The frequency was 716 times and 561 times,accounting for 25% and 19%,respectively.Cool less,no heat.The frequency of TCM flavor was 4354 times,and the highest frequency was bitter flavor(1804 times,accounting for 41%).The second was sweet taste,1774 times,accounting for 40%;Xin Wei,frequency was 555 times,accounting for 13%;Less saltiness and bitterness.The main channels were lung(1504 times,21%),stomach(1281 times,18%),heart(1213 times,17%),spleen(1035 times,14%),liver(894times,12%)and kidney(795times,11%).5.Common drug combinations: high frequency pairs of drugs commonly used in the treatment of psoriasis are:pericarpium citri reticulatae-Chinese yam,Radix Ophiopogonis-rehmannia,rehmannia-Hedyotis diffusa,rehmannia-rhizoma smilacis glabrae,rehmannia-tree peony bark.6.The results of systematic clustering were as follows:(1)Scutellaria scutellaria,honeysuckle,scrophulariae scrophulariae,Radix gardenia,Radix isatis;(2)Dendrobium officinalis,Dendrobium officinalis,Radix ophiopogonis ophiopogonis and Rhizoma vulgaris;Cluster(3)Atractylodes atractylodes,poria cocos,tangerine peel and Yam;Cluster(4)Angelica sinensis,Caulis spatholobi,trichosanthin and licorice;Cluster(5)Salvia miltiorrhiza,red peony root and compost;(6)Rehmannia Rehmanniae,Moutan bark,Hedyoglossia,sophora japonica,white fresh bark,green leaf,poria cocos.Conclusion:1 In the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris,Professor Liu Qiao focuses on toxic-based treatment,which reflects the holistic view of TCM syndrome differentiation,conforms to the principle of three factors,and uses four drug methods: detoxification,detoxification,anti-toxification and anti-toxification.The law of drug use can be summarized as the first differentiation of toxic-pathogenic factors,followed by the consideration of healthy qi,that is,the first differentiation of toxic-pathogenic factors,such as heat toxicity,blood toxicity,dampness toxicity,dryness toxicity and stasis toxicity.Then take care of the damaged positive Qi to achieve the purpose of anti-toxic evil.2 The rule of treatment by stage and classification is as follows:2.1 Rules of drug administration for differentiation of poison in blood heat syndrome: differentiation of heat poison,namely strong heat and thirst,bright red skin,rapid progression of rash,dry stool,or sore throat,fever,choose clustering(1);Distinguish blood poison,heat poison into the camp blood,dry mouth do not want to drink,or mixed wet poison,tongue coating yellow greasy,pulse slippery number choose clustering(6);Blood poison heat is extreme,temper impatient angry people can be paired with antelope horn,scorpion,centipede to cool the liver and extinguish wind,fight poison with poison;If there is stasis poison,can be compatible with clustering(5);2.2 The law of drug identification of blood dryness syndrome and blood stasis syndrome: the blood heat of blood dryness syndrome is not clear,and the deficiency of Yin and blood cannot be used to nourize the skin,and dryness and poison appear.clustering(4)of symptoms is used to nourize the blood and promote the circulation of blood,detoxify and promote the secretion of saliva;clustering(5)to remove blood stasis and detoxify,peach kernel and safflower should be used in the severe cases of blood stasis.If the blood heat and dampness toxin are found in the two syndrome types,Rehmannia,mmudan peel,hedhitis diffusa,Tuporia cocos,Polycanthus cuspedeza can be used in combination with rehmannia,Mmudan peel,white flower,Tuporia cocos,polycanthus cuspedeza to clear heat and cool blood,dissipate dampness and detoxify;2.3 Medication rules of Zhengqi for each syndrome type: each syndrome type has symptoms of Yin injury to varying degrees,which are manifested as dry mouth,dry skin or less moss and increased scales.Compatibility clustering(2)is used to nourich Yin and resist poison.clustering(3)Protect the spleen and stomach,warm Zhongyang to resist toxic evil,can also invigorate the spleen and dispel dampness,diuretics to detoxify.
