Using the Microsoft Excel tablestatistics, analysis and use of drugs of TCM, a preliminary summary of Chinesemedicine in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris experience.Results:TCMsyndromedifferentiationfrequencyishighestisbloodheat,bloodstasis, blood dryness type, blood type, respectively71,46,22,9,28.51%,3.61%frequency respectively,18.47%,8.84%; single Chinese medicine drugs were usedover60times in9, including students., angelica, Cortex Moutan, liquorice,Radix Paeoniae rubra, radix salviae miltiorrhizae, dittany bark, tuckahoe, RadixArnebiae; use of other drugs mainly for heat clearing and detoxifying, promotingblood circulation and removing blood stasis, tonifying drug, occurrencefrequency were46,32,22, a side in frequency of use were22.2%,15.46%,10.63%of drug compatibility; to raw land and tree peony bark, angelica, preparedrhizome of rehmannia, Chuanxiong Angelica used most frequently, respectively54,23,27,25.12%,10.7%respectively using frequency,12.56%; formed inQingrejiedu, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, tonifyingmethod as the basic characteristic of the treatment of.Conclusion:TCM syndrome of psoriasis type is mainly due to blood heat, bloodstasis type>> blood dryness type> deficiency type> other (damp heat type, wind heat type, cold type, liver and kidney deficiency, stagnation of liver qi,spleen and kidney deficiency type, red does not transfer any type of syndrome);the drugs used most frequently is the main heat clearing drugs, the tonic medicine,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and the three drugs wereused to heat clearing and detoxifying, Yin tonics, drugs for promoting bloodcirculation for most drugs, and clear away heat and toxic medication frequencyfar beyond other. The "blood heat, blood stasis, blood dryness, blood deficiency"is the main pathogenesis of this disease, the clinical treatment not only toheat clearing and detoxicating, invigorating, promoting blood circulation andremoving blood stasis, but also should pay attention to the application of sparsemethod for evil, soothing liver, invigorating the spleen and tonifying the kidneyqi wind scattered.
