In recent years,the rapid development of the Internet and information technology has brought tremendous changes to our lives.Big data has gradually entered to our lives.With the acceleration of the medical informatization process in our country,many hospital information systems are gradually merging with big data technologies.At the same time,the development of machine learning and artificial intelligence has brought about better clinical medical analysis methods for medical research and requires a large number of clinical cases.The collection and acquisition of medical cases has become a crucial factor in the background of big medical data.Studying how to effectively collect and use clinical cases is of great significance to the development of medical services.In view of the above issues,this article proposes the collection and study of glaucoma clinical data in the treatment of glaucoma.First of all,this paper designs a PNT treatment device based on Android embedded system.The device uses fuzzy hysteresis control algorithm and Kalman Filter algorithm to control and optimize the PNT treatment process.PNT treatment equipment can not only be used for the clinical treatment of glaucoma,but also can easily collect the data generated by the treatment of patients,and provide a convenient channel for the collection of glaucoma cases.Then,in order to realize the analysis and excavation of clinical cases,this article uses Hadoop to build a glaucoma case management platform,which provides the cases for the research and analysis of glaucoma by accessing the treatment data collected by PNT equipments.Finally,this paper proposes FP-growth algorithm for frequent pattern mining to correlate glaucoma with common diseases.At the same time,this paper uses the random forest algorithm to data mining for glaucoma cases,establishes a classification prediction model.The model was used to establish a glaucoma treatment recommendation system to achieve the clinical decision-making value of glaucoma cases.Through the collection and research of glaucoma cases,the application results show that the PNT equipment can conveniently collect clinical cases and use the glaucoma case management platform to provide scientific clinical assistance for patients.With the development of economy,science and technology,medical data will gradually become popular in clinical applications.If we provide flexible and efficient channels for the collection of medical cases and create a convenient and reliable platform for research on medical cases,we can promote the development of big medical data and provide better support for research on related diseases.
