Objectives1.To study on the changes of serum resistin in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus?T2DM?;2.To study the effect of serum resistin on blood glucose,blood lipid metabolism and insulin effect.3.To investigate the risk genes of resistin rs2161490 and rs1423096 in patients with type 2 diabetes in Guangdong.4.To study on the single nucleotide polymorphisms of the two loci of resistin gene rs2161490 and rs1423096 were studied in the distribution of type 2 diabetic patients in the Guangdong region and the normal control group.research method1.Experimental groupingFrom January 2015 to November,to come from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University,and was first diagnosed with type 2 diabetes patients selected qualified 178 cases,including 78 cases of male patients,100 female patients,mean age?61±11?years old,case patients required:we must first meet the diagnostic criteria of type 2 diabetes,the development of WS397-2012 screening and diagnosis criteria for diabetes include:1.the symptoms of diabetes and random blood glucose greater than or equal to 11.1mmol/L;2.fasting blood glucose than 7.0mmol/L;3.OGTT,2 hours blood glucose over 11.1mmol/L.If the patient is a special type of diabetes or type 1 diabetes,or have severe organ?liver,heart,kidney,etc.?failure,have diseases caused by metabolic problems can not be admitted to the case group.192 healthy people who had physical examination at the same time period were selected as the control group,including 78 males and 114 females,with an average age of 66±7 years.The control group required that both fasting blood glucose and 2hours postprandial blood glucose were in the normal range,and no diseases caused by metabolic problems.2.Experimental testing project?1?The case corresponding analysis of single factor variance test to compare the difference of serum lipid levels,corresponding to each genotype were not statistically significant?P>0.05?.Conclusion1.The level of serum resistin in type 2 diabetes group was significantly increased?30.450±3.2446 ug/L?,which was significantly different from that in healthy control group?6.8133±0.7819 ug/L??P<0.05?,It is suggested that high level of serum resistin may be associated with the development and development of type 2 diabetes.2.The case group triglyceride and high density lipoprotein were compared with the control group,there was statistical significance?P<0.05?;four cases of resistin rs2161490 blood lipids and rs1423096 genotypes corresponding to the 22independent samples t tests were used to compare the results,four lipid genotypes corresponding to the differences were not statistically significant?P>0.05?,so it is concluded that the patients of resistin rs2161490 and rs1423096 loci for each genotype had no effect on the expression level of blood lipid.3.The T2DM case control group genotype of resistin rs2161490 and rs1423096 gene polymorphism in the group and the health of the frequency,risk degree,in the case of T2DM group and the healthy control group had no statistical significance,so as to deduce resistin rs2161490 and rs1423096 genotype is not the risk gene of type 2diabetes in Guangdong area.
