| Objective: To understand the factors of students’ s nutrition and food safety knowledge,attitude and behavior status and mental health of left behind Jiangmen Wuyi region,and provide a basis for developing nutrition and food safety and health education in Wuyi region.Methods: By using the method of random sampling from Jiangmen C ity,Kaiping,Enping,Taishan,Heshan and Xinhui six areas a total of 404 left behind students as the research object,according to the Ministry of Education promulgated 2008 "primary and secondary school health education guidelines" and "youth development and psychological elastic questionnaire" formulated "students’ dietary behavior,nutritional status and the influence factors questionnaire",collect family demographic information,knowledge attitude and behavior of students and the way to acquire knowledge and other first-hand information.In this study,the knowledge is divided into four parts: nutrition knowledge,food safety knowledge,food safety attitude and psychological flexibility.The nutrition knowledge is divided into the nutrition function and the knowledge of food sources,and the reasonable diet knowledge in two parts.The data of each part and the total score,the attitude score and the behavior score were analyzed and analyzed by Excel and SPSS software.Result:1、The basic situation of students left behind404 students left in 37 foreign students left(parents or one party in foreign countries or in Hong Kong and Macao Taiwan),367 ordinary students left(parents working outside the province),male 215,female 189,a slightly higher number of boys girls.The left behind students of normal weight accounted for 64.34%,accounted for 24.02% of the lean,overweight and overweight accounted for 11.65% of respondents aged 12~17 years old,12-13 years of which 86 people,accounting for about 21.29%,14-15 years old 182 people,accounting for about 45.05%,16 years more than 146 people,accounting for about 36.14%;the survey in the one-child majority,there are 267 people,occupy 66.09%,non only children have 137 people,accounting for 33.91%.2、Nutrition and food safety knowledgeThe left behind students’ knowledge of nutrition and food safety,the average awareness rate was 76.84%,the correct rate of less than 60% of the subject 3,respectively is the best way to lose weight is B14.,the protein content in the food diet B23.and B26.nutrient deficiency associated with anemia.From the age of 16 years old students left low knowledge scores the highest number of 69 people,accounting for 44.52%,14-15 years old students left behind knowledge score high up,there are 21 people,accounting for 63.64%,by single factor analysis,there was significant difference(P<0.01);students’ nutrition knowledge,and the difference BMI gender differences,students showed no significant difference(P>0.05).3、Nutrition and food safety attitudeLeft behind students agree that it is necessary to learn some knowledge of food safety in the school is 91.01%,which accounted for about 87.23% of the students left behind,indicating that the general left be hind students more recognition of this view.General and foreign left behind students do not agree with newspapers,magazines and television ads on nutrition and food safety information is reliable,the proportion of the idea of a considerable proportion,accounting for 27.48%.Univariate analysis showed that the school thinks it is necessary to learn some knowledge of nutrition attitude and students left BMI was significant(P<0.01),think it is necessary to learn some knowledge of food safety,would there is significant difference between the change is not conducive to the healthy growth and diet behavior and will attend lectures on food safety the school actively and students left in the school BMI(P<0.05).4、Nutrition and food safety behaviorThree meals a day regularly,a regular(3-5 days/week),occasionally regular(1-2 days/week),not the law of left behind students accounted for 37.38%,35.64%,18.81% and 4.95%;the breakfast,fruits and vegetables,meat,dairy products,eggs,beans,eat every day the left behind students accounted for 23.51%,8.66%,15.35%,35.19%,1.98%,7.92%,7.92%,a week only eat or eat 1~2 times per month 1~2 or less left behind students accounted for 25.25%,67.57%,57.43%,45.79%,60.64%,45.54%,65.10%.O ften or always the amount of water to 1500 ml,pay attention to the packaging of the production date and the validity of the left behind students were 18.81% and 35.64%.There were 8.17%,41.58% and 29.21% of those who did not eat packs,never eat broken food and never buy food from toys.From the point of BMI,normal students left the meals regularly,overweight and obese students left three meals a day is the worst law,after the 2 test,there were significant differences(P<0.05);in terms of gender,male regular three meals a day higher,but the choice of three meals a day has no regularity the boy has 13 people,is 2 times,so the girls,boys in general three times a day after some more rules,2 test,no significant difference(P>0.05);from the mother’s occupation,mother’s occupation is left behind students of private enterprise owners the most regular three meals a day,the the 2 test,there was significant difference(P<0.01);from the point of view of the education level of mother,mother is a culture of college students left the regular three meals a day,after the 2 test,there was significant difference(P<0.01).5、Food health educationStudents who received nutrition and food safety knowledge were 37.38%,44.80%,10.89%,and 2.22%,respectively.School teachers often give students a special about nutrition knowledge accounted for 15.35%.School teachers often,occasionally and rarely talked about food safety knowledge accounted for 15.59%,respectively,43.81% and 40.10%.Students who want to obtain nutrition and food safety knowledge through television,network,school education and parents’ way of reporting are 34.16%,1.98%,43.07% and 1.49%,respectively.Left behind students in schools like to teach the teacher to watch the video in the form of nutrition and food safety education accounted for 41.09% and 48.02%.6、Psychological flexibilityThe resilience of left behind students scored an average of Jiangmen C ity,Enping,Kaiping,Taishan,Heshan and Xinhui six regions were 3.01 ± 0.30,2.88 ±0.53,3.02 ± 0.48,3.05 ± 0.28,2.96 ± 0.50,3.08 ± 0.39;ordinary students left the resilience score and overall left behind students left behind students resilience score the difference is small;the left behind students average scores of students’ psychological resilience score than the overall average elastic small left behind,Enping,Kaiping,Taishan,Heshan and the new five areas left behind students average score was 2.53 ± 0.46,3 ± 0.46,3.08 ± 0.28,2.97 ±0.49,3.06 ±0.27,Enping ocean the students left the lowest scores of resilience.By univariate analysis,the students left the resilience score and food intake frequency between was not significant(P>0.05);multivariate ordinal logistic analysis,the factors affecting the milk intake of students left resilience score,which is not the intake frequency of milk 1.5 times,6 times a month and 14 times a month and left behind students’ resilience score was significant(P<0.01). |
