Investigate The Effects Of Sertraline Combined With Sodium Valproate On Digestion,immunity And Neurological Function In Patients With Epilepsy Associated With Mental Disorders

Objective: To study the effects of sertraline combined with sodium valproate on digestion,immunity and neurological function in patients with epilepsy associated with mental disordersMethods: in our hospital from August 2015 ~2017 year in March were 106 cases of patients with epilepsy with mental disorders,do group observation according to the patient treatment differences,53 cases in the observation group,taking sertraline combined with sodium valproate treatment,53 cases in the control group,were treated with sodium valproate as conventional antiepileptic drugs;drug observation lasted for half a year,1.Record the efficacy and side effects of drugs in the two groups symptoms;using the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)analysis of the degree of improvement in patients with mental disorders;on the basis of the quality of life of patients with Epilepsy Scale(QOLIE-31)assessment of patients before and after treatment to improve the quality of life changes;the venous blood was collected to detect HMGB1,IL-2,INF-changes in gamma index,evaluation before and after the treatment of epilepsy with mental disorders in patients with immune function status;by using mini mental state scale(MMSE)assessment of the cognitive function of patients with recovery.Results: two groups of patients before treatment,the HAMD score had no obvious difference,not statistically significant;after treatment,HAMD scores of the two groups were decreased in different degree of improvement,including the observation group HAMD score decreased significantly than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05)in the two groups.Before treatment,the QOLIE-31 score had no obvious difference,not statistically significant;after drug treatment,the QOLIE-31 score of the two groups were improved,and the observation group QOLIE-31 score decreased significantly than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The patients in the two groups before treatment.MMSE scores had no obvious difference,not statistically significant;after drug treatment,the MMSE score of the two groups were no significant changes observed in control group two patients in the treatment of cognitive function during the serious injury,two The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The patients in the two groups during the treatment were associated with different degrees of side effects,the overall adverse symptoms,medication side effects in observation group was relatively higher than the control group,but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.005).The drug treatment,two group HMGB1,IL-2,INF-and other indicators of gamma level were decreased in different degree,the patients in the observation group HMGB1,IL-2,INF-gamma index decreased significantly than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The first half held by the tracking effect,the total efficiency of the observation group was 92.45%(49/53),the control group of patients treated with total effective rate was 90.57%(48/53),the two groups of patients with clinical total efficiency of the differences was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: the implementation of Seculin and sodium valproate combined with medication,epilepsy and mental disorders and HAMD score decreased significantly,that the spirit of Seculin to improve the emotion of the patients with epilepsy with mental disorder is effective.The implementation of anti epileptic drug therapy and anti psychotic symptoms of mental disorders associated with epilepsy,can effectively adjust and improve the life quality of patients in the observation group.3the use of anti epileptic drugs significantly,during the attack on the curb the symptoms of epilepsy and psychiatric symptoms in patients with targeted regulatory environment,the comorbidity of psychiatric symptoms and relieve mechanism of epilepsy,so some in the control of epilepsy,confirmed that antipsychotic drugs on epilepsy symptoms.The control effect of the two groups were basically the same in the treatment of control epilepsy symptom,no epilepsy symptoms that valproate with Leigh Seculin compared with sodium valproate in the treatment of epilepsy hair did not increase The risk of seizures.The development of HMGB1 can activate the immune response,promote IL-2,INF-gamma release of inflammatory cytokines,resulting in massive release,when the progress of epilepsy patients,the patients with immune response will be more intense.The sodium valproate and sertraline in the treatment of epilepsy with mental disorder in patients with cognitive function no damage.
