Background and Objectives: Laryngeal carcinoma(LC)is a common malignant tumor of the head and neck. The number of newly diagnosed cases and deaths at home and abroad is increasing year by year. The incidence and death toll are still high,Men are far more than women, seriously endangering human health.Squamous cell carcinoma in the most common.Neutrophil / lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and platelet /lymphocyte ratio(PLR)are the indicators of systemic inflammatory response.Elevated levels suggest a high inflammatory response and a low resistance Tumor immunity.Hemoglobin(HB)and albumin(ALB)are the main indicators reflecting the nutritional status of the body.In the head and neck malignant tumors, the level of HBs Ag is correlated with the poor prognosis.Lymphatic metastasis is the key to affect curative effect and prognosis. It is important to accurately evaluate lymph node metastasis before operation. The purpose of this study was to explore the value of NLR,PLR,HB and ALB in the indication of carcinogenesis of laryngeal cancer and its correlation with clinical features and its significance in the assessment of lymph node metastasis.Materials and Methods: A total of 511 laryngeal cancer patients admitted to our department of Otorhinolaryngology from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected.Clinical data of patients were collected, including age, blood routine, liver function, tumor index, pathological data, and statistical analysis.Blood, liver function test results within 10 days before surgery.NLR,PLR,respectively,by the peripheral blood neutrophil / lymphocyte count, platelet / lymphocyte count obtained. All data were processed by SPSS16.0 statistical software, the test level was P <0.05.Results: 511 cases of laryngeal cancer were included in this study. The patients were divided into groups according to age,TN staging, pathological staging and tumor site classification. The differences of NLR,PLR,HB and ALB in each group were compared.(P <0.05);PLR increased,TN staging and pathological stage higher, glottic(P <0.05),age-independent(P> 0.05);HB decreased, older,TN stage and pathological stage were higher, the majority of subglottic(P <0.05);ALB decreased, older,TN staging and pathological stage more trans-P <0.05).The patients were divided into two groups according to lymph node metastasis.According to the cutoff value of ROC curve, the differences of age,TN stage, pathological stage and tumor type in NLR,PLR,HB and ALB groups were compared. The number of TNR stage and pathological stage was higher in patients with NLR(P<0.05),but no significant correlation with age(P> 0.05).The PLR,age,TN stage and pathological stage were higher(P <0.05)(P> 0.05).There were no significant differences between the low HB group, the older group, the T stage and the pathological stage(P <0.05),but not with the stage and tumor type(P> 0.05)High and low, with age,TN staging, pathological stage, tumor site type has nothing to do(P> 0.05).Univariate analysis showed that PLR,HB,ALB correlated with lymph node metastasis(P <0.05),and NLR had no relation with them(P> 0.05).Multivariate analysis: PLR was an independent risk factor for lymph node metastasis of laryngeal cancer,HB and ALB had no relation with it(P> 0.05).Conclusions: Preoperative NLR,PLR,HB and ALB are correlated with lymph node metastasis in age,TN stage, pathological stage and type of tumor site.PLR,HB and ALB are correlated with lymph node metastasis.Among them,PLR Is an independent risk factor for lymph node metastasis of laryngeal cancer.NLR,PLR,HB,ALB help to analyze the clinical stage of laryngeal cancer, stage of progression and related tumor characteristics,PLR helps to analyze the risk of lymph node metastasis of laryngeal cancer.
