Study On Pharmacodynamics Of Kesuting Capsules And Chromatographic Fingerprints Of Reineckia Carnea

Objective To study on Pharmacodynamics of Kesuting Capsules and Chromatographic Finger-prints of Reineckia carnea.Methods Subcutaneous injection of dry yeast and intraperitoneal injection of lipopolysaccharides were used to establish a rat model of pyrexia and lipopolysac-charide-induced fever,and to study the pyrolysis of Kesuting Capsules.The effects of Kesuting Capsules on cough,phlegm and asthma were studied by using mouse ammonia coughing method,mouse tracheal phenol red method and guinea pig acetylcholine-phosphate histamine mixture to induce asthma.At the same time,HPLC fingerprints were established for samples of ethanol and water extracts?dry and fresh products?,and the chemical constituents of 10 batches of Reineckia carnea were determined simultaneously.The chromatographic method was performed using a Shi-madzu WondaCract ODS-2 C₁₈8 column?250mm×4.6mm,5?m?.The constant flow rate was 1mL/min.The detection wavelength was 230nm.The alcohol extraction and water extraction conditions were 0.1%phosphoric acid water?A?gradient elution and isocratic elution of acetonitr ile?B?.Results In the antipyretic study of yeast fever,there was a significant difference in the overall d-ose of the middle-dose group?P<0.01?.In the antipyretic study of lipopolysaccharide?LPS?fever,a middle-dose group and a high dose were found.Compared with the model group,both the drug group and the model group had a better cooling effect;In the study of the efficacy of Kesuting Capsules about cough resolving,phlegm-relieving and anti-asthma,it was found that cough Kes-uting Capsules have good cough relieving,expectorant and anti-asthmatic effects and showed a certain dose dependence;In the study of the fingerprints of Reineckia carnea,the chemical compo-nents with the highest similarity were found in the fresh water extracts from different batches of Reineckia carnea,Samples with high similarity were also obtained in fresh alcohol extracts and dr-ied products?alcohol extracts/water extracts?.Conclusion Kesuting Capsules has obvious antit-ussive,phlegm and asthma effects.The moderate-dose group and the high-dose group Kesuting Capsules have better antipyretic effects on the yeast heat model and the LPS heat model.And thr-ough the establishment of chromatographic methods for 10 batches of Reineckia carnea water ext-racts and alcohol extraction?dry/fresh?samples,the common peaks were obtained,which provide-d a basis for effective quality control of Reineckia carnea.
