Helicobacter pylori(Hp)is a gram-negative and microaerobic bacteria. So far,The spread of Hp infection mainly by the fecal-oral route and oral-oral route. Therefore, bad habits are closely related to Hp infection.Drinking is a risk factor for a variety of diseases. But at present, there is a lot of controversy over the relationship between drinking and Hp infection. Objective:To explore the influence of various factors on Hp infection, and to provide a reference for the prevention of Hp infection in general population. Methods:A total of 600 adults who received 14C-urea breath test(14C-UBT)in the physical examination department of Affiliated Hospital of Chengde Medical College from April 2017 to September 2017 were selected as the survey population. The data collected by the investigation through the questionnaire. At the same time, total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL),and fasting blood glucose(FBG)were detected.Results:1.The total number of 600 cases investigation, there were 315 male and285 female. The rate of infection was 43.81%and 39.30%respectively,but the difference were no statistical significance(P>0.05).The total infection rate of Hp was 41.67%.With the increase of age,the rate of Hp infection increases. The highest rate of infection was 52.2%over the age of 60.2.Single factor analysis showed that there were 275 drinkers and 325non drinkers. The rate of infection was 49.09%and 35.38%respectively,and the difference was obviously significant(P<0.01).There were 277 people with digestive tract symptoms and 323 people with asymptomatic. The rate of infection was 48.01%and 36.22%respectively,and the difference was obviously significant(P<0.05).There were 69 people with elevated fasting blood-glucose and 531 people with normal fasting blood-glucose.The rate of infection was 60.87%and 39.17%respectively,and the difference was obviously significant(P<0.05).There were 160 people with high triglyceride and 440 people with normal triglyceride. The rate of infection was 55.63%and36.59%respectively,and the difference was obviously significant(P<0.05).3.Logistic regression analysis showed that drinking(liquor),have digestive tract symptoms, elevated triglyceride and elevated fasting blood glucose were risk factors of Hp infection. After removing the risk factors other than drinking, the results of multiple factor Logistic regression analysis still showed that drinking was closely related to Hp infection.Furthermore, the Hp infection rate was different from the daily alcohol intake. Conclusion:Digestive tract symptoms, elevated triglyceride and elevated fasting blood glucose were associated with Hp infection.Drinking alcohol increases the risk of Hp infection. As the amount of alcohol increases, the rate of Hp infection increases.
