The Clinical Study Of Wu Zhuyu Decoction On The Liver-qi Attacking Stomach And Stomach Qi Deficiency Cold Of Reflux Esophagitis

Objective: In this study,patients with liver-qi attacking stomach and stomach qi deficiency cold reflux esophagitis were selected as clinical subjects,to observe the clinical effect and quality of life of wu zhuyu decoction,and to lay a foundation for further revealing its therapeutic mechanism.Methods: The October 2015 to in October 2016,during the first one taste of hospital outpatient clinic in baoding city,and in accordance with standards such as included in this study,elimination of 90 cases of reflux esophagitis patients,according to the principle of completely random divided into two groups,the treatment group 45 cases,control group 45 cases.Treatment group was treated with wu zhuyu soup(400ml,water decoction,daily dose,oral treatment before dinner and half an hour before dinner).The control group was treated with oromeprazole enteric capsule(40mg,1/day,morning fasting oral administration),4 weeks for 1 course of treatment and 2 courses of continuous treatment.To observe the change of TCM symptoms in the 4th week and 8th week after treatment of two groups of patients,the damage degree of endoscopic mucosa and quality of life were improved.Results: 1.After treatment of 4 weeks,8 weeks,wuzhuyu Decoction in TCM symptoms and total integral grading improvement is superior to western medicine control group obviously(P<0.01),and can significantly reduce,in severe cases patients with RE(P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant.Wuzhuyu Decoction's total effective rate was 91.11%,significantly higher than the total effective rate of 68.89% in the western medicine control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).2.After treatment,both groups could improve the damage of esophageal mucosa under gastroscope,but the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.89%,which was significantly better than the total effective rate of the western drug control group,66.67%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.In both groups,the survival quality of SF-36 was improved after treatment,but the improvement in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01).4.Both groups showed no significant adverse reactions and changes in safety indicators during treatment.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 6.67% in the follow-up period after six months,which was significantly lower than that in the control group of western medicine,22.22%(P<0.05).Conclusion: The effect of adding and reducing wu zhuyu decoction on the treatment of liver-stomach disharmony and stomach qi deficiency cold reflux esophagitis is remarkable.The improvement of clinical symptoms and the damage of endoscopic mucosa were significantly better than that of the western drug control group,and could further improve the quality of life and reduce the recurrence rate,which was worth promoting.
