Clinical Study On Treatment Of Unstable Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease With Liqi Huoxue Prescription

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of "Liqi Huoxue Decoction" in the treatment of coronary heart disease with unstable angina pectoris(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome),and to explore its possible mechanism of action,and to seek an ideal approach to treat diseases with integrated Chinese and Western medicine.Methods: This study selected 60 patients with unstable coronary heart disease(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome)who met the inclusion criteria.The selected cases were from Hebei Provincial Hospital cardiovascular division between January 2017 and December 2017 hospitalized patients.According to the random principle,they were divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given standard western medicine treatment.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was given the Liqi Huoxue prescription,a dose daily,take orally two times one day at morning and night.Each group was treated for two weeks.The efficacy indicators and safety indicators were observed and recorded before and after treatment in the two groups,including the patient's TCM symptoms and signs,the onset of angina,electrocardiogram,the amount of nitroglycerin,fibrinogen,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,blood lipids,blood routine,liver and kidney function and so on.All data are analyzed using statistical software.Results:1.After treatment,the efficacy of TCM symptoms,the effect of angina pectoris,the effect of electrocardiogram,and the rate of cessation of nitroglycerin were better in the treatment group than in the control group.The difference was statistically significant.2.After treatment,fibrinogen,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,totalcholesterol,triglycerides,and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and high density lipoprotein-cholesterol was significantly increased.The difference was statistically significant.After treatment,Fib,hs-CRP,TC,TG,and LDL-C in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and HDL-C was higher than in the control group.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.3.After treatment,the two groups of patients had stable vital signs,no abnormal changes in liver and kidney function,blood routine,urine routine,stool routine and occult blood,and no obvious adverse reactions occurred during the treatment.Conclusions: Liqi Huoxue prescription can significantly improve the TCM symptoms,episodes of angina pectoris,electrocardiogram,nitroglycerin stagnation rate,Fib,hs-CRP,and lipid levels in patients with coronary heart disease with unstable angina(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome).Compared with simple western medicine treatment,Liqi Huoxue prescription has definite curative effect on patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,and has high safety and is suitable for clinical use.Considering its mechanism may be related to improving blood hypercoagulability,reducing blood viscosity,regulating blood lipids,reducing inflammation,and protecting endothelial function.
