Study On The Rule Of Syndrome And Treatment Of Shen Ling Baizhu Powder And The Research Of Application In NAFLD

To study the rule of syndrome and treatment of Shen Ling Baizhu Powder by applying statistical method and data mining techniques,and to discuss its application and research progress in NAFLD.Methods: 1.After searching the case report ofShen Ling Baizhu Powder from June 1997 to June 2017 in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),ChianInfo and VIP Database,and screening literatures according to inclusion and excluding criteria.2.We standardized the names and categoriesss of Chinese and Western medicine,TCM syndromes,names of drugs,and drug dosage of the input literature data,to and establish database.3.We analyzed the data by applying Frequency statistics,golden section,keyword statistics,percentile method,and system cluster analysis.4.We retrieved relevant literature on the application of Shen Ling Baizhu San in NAFLD,and to explore its research progress.Results: 1.The general characteristics : there is no significant difference in the sex.The onset of the disease is most in summer.The age of onset was concentrated in 0-10 years old,41-50 years old.Central China and East China are the main distribute area.2.The main symptoms: Loose stools,fatigue,anorexia,thin body,yellow complexion,abdominal distension,abdominal pain,aversion to cold,short breath,cough,epigastric distension,insomnia,white complexion.3.Tongue and pulse presentation :Tongue Body: pale tongue,tooth-marked tongue.The keywords of Tongue Coating: white,greasy.The keywords of Pulse condition : fine,slow,weak,string.4.The main TCM syndrome type: Dampness of spleen deficiency,deficiency of the splenic gastric Qi,deficiency of the splenic pulmonary Qi.5.Spectrum of disease: Common disease categories: Spleen and stomach system,pediatrics,facial features,lung system and kidney system.The common diseases: diarrhea,edema,cough,stomachache,aphtha,anorexia,pneumonia,asthma,pharyngitis,nasal cavity.6.Medication rule: The most used drug is Yam in the original prescriptions,dosage range: ginseng 9g-15 g,codonopsis 10g-20 g,atractylodes 10g-15 g,poria 10g-15 g,yam 10g-20 g,lotus seed 10g-15 g,white lentil 10g-15 g,coix seed 11g-30 g,amomum 5g-10 g 5g-10 g,platycodon 6g-10 g,licorice 5g-6g.The major supplemental drug categories are tonifying drugs,qi regulating drugs,relieving drugs,digestant drugs,and astringent drugs.The major supplemental drugs names are orange peel,astragalus,jujube,shenqu,radix ginseng,hawthorn,malt,wood fragrance,paeonia lactiflora,wind proof,chicken inner gold,ge gen,pinellia,Euryale.We got 7 cluster groups of common supplemental drugs by using system clustering analysis.7.Spleen deficiency throughout the course of the NAFLD,treated it from the spleen is crucial.Conclusions: 1.This study got the rule of syndrome and treatment of Shen Ling Baizhu Powder,the conclusions are as follows:(1)The general characteristics: It is mainly used by patients aged 0-10,41-50 years old,mostly in summer,and Central China and East China are the main distribute area.(2)Characteristics of main syndromes: Loose stools,fatigue,anorexia,thin body,yellow complexion,abdominal distension,abdominal pain,aversion to cold,short breath,cough,epigastric distension,insomnia,white complexion.pale tongue,to oth-marked tongue.Tongue Coating: white,greasy.Pulse condition : fine,slow,weak,string.(3)Spectrum of disease: Spleen and stomach system,pediatrics,facial features,lung system and kidney system.(4)Medication rule: The most used drug is Yam in the original prescriptions,the major supplemental drugs are orange peel,astragalus,jujube,shenqu,radix ginseng,hawthorn,malt,wood fragrance,paeonia lactiflora,wind proof,chicken inner gold,ge gen,pinellia,Euryale.2.Dampness of spleen deficiency is an important pathogenesis of Shen Ling Baizhu powder,treating NAFLD from spleen is the core idea of Shen Ling Baizhu Powder in treating NAFLD.
