Objective: Constipation,especially chronic functional constipation,has a high incidence in China.The current treatment methods are mostly focused on the treatment of oral or surgical or acupuncture,and less about the drugs used in anus.The study of classical prescriptions Decoction on Mi Jian Dao and Enema Glycerini combined suppository(hereinafter referred to Mi Jian Dao suppository)used in clinical observation,for studying The Curative Effect of Mi Jian Dao Suppository to Chronic Functional Constipation of Qi deficiency and Body Fluid Loss.Methods: A total of 120 cases were selected in accordance with the inclusion criteria,and were randomly divided into 60 cases in the treatment group and 60 cases in the control group.The control group was given Enema Glycerini therapy,treatment group was treated with honey suppository suppository in the treatment of.By observing and comparing the 2 groups of symptom integral,treatment effect,recurrence rate and safety data,the statistical software SPSS19.0 was used to analyze the statistical results,and to evaluate the clinical effect of " Mi Jian Dao suppository ".Results: 1.The treatment group(A group)after defecation time shorter than the control group(B group)and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);2.The treatment group(A group)after defecation times more than that of the control group(B group)and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);3.The treatment group(group A)after treatment of stool shape is better than group(group B)and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);4.the treatment group(A group)after defecation difficulty is better than the control group(B group)and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);5.the treatment group(A group)after treatment in the accompanying symptoms than the control group(B group).6.There was no obvious adverse reaction in the 6 and two groups after the drug was completed.Conclusion: For chronic Functional Constipation of Qi deficiency and Body Fluid Loss,Mi Jian Dao suppository anal applying can shorten the defecation time,increase defecation frequency,stool,improving defecation more smoothly,is conducive to the treatment of constipation than Suppositories Glycerol anal allpying.
