Objective:To investigate the expression of AR and Cyclin D1 protein in non-specific invasive breast carcinoma,and its relationship with different molecular typing,and the relationship between the clinical pathological features and the radiological characteristics of X-ray molybdenum target.Methods:Eighty-nine archived non-specific invasive breast carcinomas were subjected to molecular typing [Luminal A,Luminal B,HER2 overexpression,Triple Negative breast carcinoma(TNBC)] and clinical pathological features were collected(Histological grade,patient age,tumor size,lymph node metastasis,clinical TNM staging,and X-ray molybdenum target imaging features(tumors,local densities,lobed,burrs,calcifications,structural distortions),using immunohistochemistry,The Envision two-step method was used to detect the expression of AR and Cyclin D1 protein in non-specific invasive breast carcinoma tissues,and its relationship with molecular typing,clinicopathological features and radiographic characteristics of X-ray molybdenum target was analyzed.Results:1.The expression of AR and Cyclin D1 protein in non-specific invasive breast carcinoma tissues: There was a positive correlation between them(P<0.001);The positive expression rate of AR protein was 79.54%(70/88),Cyclin D1 protein The positive expression rate was60.22%(53/88);49 cases were positive for AR and Cyclin D1 protein,14 cases were negative,and the AR protein was positive but 21 cases were negative for Cyclin D1 protein.There were 4 cases with AR protein negative and Cyclin D1 protein positive.2.Expression of AR and Cyclin D1 proteins in different molecular type tissues of non-specific invasive breast carcinoma(1)The expression of AR protein: the highest expression in Luminal A type,the lowest expression in TNBC,and the higher expression in Luminal B type than in HER2 overexpression type,the overall difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);Comparison between the two,only in the expression of TNBC compared with the rest of the molecular subtypes,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).(2)The expression of Cyclin D1 protein was highest in Luminal B,lowest in TNBC,higher in Luminal A than in HER2 overexpression,and the overall difference was significant(P< 0.05);comparison between the two,but only in the expression of TNBC and Luminal A,Luminal B between the expression,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).3.The relationship between the expression of AR and Cyclin D1 protein and clinicopathological features in non-specific invasive breast carcinoma(1)Relationship between AR protein expression and clinicopathological features: AR protein expression was highest in histological grade I,and lowest in grade III(P < 0.05);but only in histological grade III and grade I,II The expression in the grade was more significant(P<0.05);it was highest in the clinical T1 stage,lowest in the T2 stage,and higher in the T4 stage than in the T3 stage(P<0.05);but only There was significant difference between the T1 and T2 expressions(P<0.05),but not with the patient age,tumor size,and lymph node metastasis(P>0.05).(2)The relationship between the expression of Cyclin D1 protein and clinicopathological features: The expression of Cyclin D1 protein was highest in grade II histology,and lowest in grade III(P <0.05);but only in histological grade III and grade II The expression was more significant(P<0.05),but not related to patient age,tumor size,lymph node metastasis,clinical stage(P>0.05).4.The relationship between the expression of AR and Cyclin D1 protein in non-specific invasive breast carcinoma tissues and the imaging characteristics of X-ray molybdenum target: Cyclin D1 protein expression in the burr cancer tissue was higher than that in the burr-free cancer tissue.Expression(P<0.05),AR protein expression was not related to presence/no burr(P>0.05).The expression of AR and Cyclin D1 protein had nothing to do with the imaging features of the X-ray molybdenum target,such as presence/absence of mass,partial densification,leaf division,calcification,and structural distortion(P>0.05).5.The relationship between different molecular types,clinicopathological features and radiographic characteristics of non-specific invasive breast cancer: In the grades I and II ofhistology,the percentage of Luminal B was the highest,and the percentage of TNBC was the lowest;In the histological grade III,the percentage of TNBC was highest,and the percentage of Luminal A was the lowest(P<0.05).However,the differences between TNBC and Luminal A,TNBC and Luminal B,HER2 overexpression and Luminal A were only statistically significant(P<0.05).The percentage of Luminal B was highest in breast cancer with X-ray mammography,and the percentage of HER2 over-expression was the lowest.The percentage of Luminal A was higher than that of TNBC(P<0.05);but only in TNBC and Luminal A,Luminal There was a statistically significant difference between B types(P<0.05).The four molecular subtypes were not related to the clinical and pathological features such as patient age,tumor size,lymph node metastasis,and clinical stage,as well as the radiological characteristics of the X-ray molybdenum target with/without lumps,local densification,leaf division,calcification,and structural distortion.P>0.05).Conclusion:1.There is a positive correlation between the expression of AR and Cyclin D1 protein in non-specific invasive breast carcinoma tissues.2.The expression of AR and Cyclin D1 proteins in non-specific invasive breast carcinoma tissues is related to their molecular typing,and their expression is lowest in triple-negative breast carcinoma.3.In non-specific invasive breast carcinoma,AR,Cyclin D1 protein expression and histological grade,AR protein expression is also related to the clinical stage.4.In non-specific invasive breast carcinoma tissues,the expression of Cyclin D1 protein is related to the presence/absence of burrs in the X-ray molybdenum target.5.The molecular classification of non-specific invasive breast carcinoma is related to histological grade,and also related to the presence/absence of burrs in X-ray molybdenum target.
