Coagulation test is an indispensable item in the diagnosis process of related diseases such as hemorrhage and thrombosis.It can provide a test basis for the diagnosis and treatment of hemorrhagic and thrombotic diseases,and can also be used for the monitoring of anticoagulant therapy and the observation of oral anticoagulant drugs.However,currently available coagulation detection devices are limited in that they cannot meet the requirements for portable and real-time detection at the same time.Therefore,it is an inevitable trend that coagulation detection is developed by realizing a compact and portable instant coagulation detection device.Coagulation detection is currently the most common method for detecting changes in viscosity caused by blood coagulation,thereby reflecting whether coagulation function is abnormal.The magneto-elastic sensor has the characteristics of wireless and passive.Using its detection system,it can realize the advantages of being portable and miniaturized.It is used for the detection of changes in blood viscosity.The research group has already accumulated a certain amount of time ago,and has initially verified the feasibility of coagulation detection applications of magnetoelastic sensor.Based on the existing magnetoelastic sensor detection system,this paper considers the need of detecting ambient temperature and system portability from the perspective of coagulation detection,and adds auxiliary functions to the existing hardware structure.In accordance with the principles of ergonomics and ease of use,it was designed to create a complete set of portable real-time blood clotting detection equipment.The device can be used for real-time detection at the bedside and can also be used as a portable home coagulation test.Considering different application scenarios,different software requirements are proposed,which are divided into professional editions and home editions,and corresponding software for different interface styles is developed.In view of the above requirements,the Android platform is selected as the mobile intelligent terminal,and the collection of detection data is achieved through wireless Bluetooth communication.Then,the original data is processed and analyzed to obtain the coagulation time curve,and the main parameters of coagulation detection are finally marked.At the same time,the use of Android visualization technology and SQLite technology to complete the data display and storage management.While realizing basic functions,the Professional Edition also added management of patient and reagent detection types,while Home Edition added oral medication record management and some default configuration for its application scenarios.After the clotting detection system is constructed,software testing is performed on different application software and integrity testing is performed on the entire coagulation detection system.Secondly,quality control products were used instead of blood to carry out system feasibility and reproducibility experiments,and the experimental results were processed and analyzed.Finally,the home version was used as an example to verify the coagulation test.
