Coagulation detection plays an important role in clinical diagnosis.It can not only provide detection basis for diagnosis and treatment of abnormal hemorrhage and thrombosis and other related diseases,but also has important reference value in surgery and clinical blood transfusion.The two commonly used detection methods in clinic include coagulation function and coagulation factor detection.The two detection methods have respective advantages and complement each other in clinical application.Therefore,the detection system integrating two detection methods is an inevitable trend in the development of coagulation detection.At present,biological methods widely used in coagulation detection include magnetic bead method and nephelometry,etc.The former has low sensitivity,while the latter nephelometry is susceptible to interference by factors such as blood lipid.In contrast,the magnetoelastic sensor has simple structure,low price,good detection sensitivity for blood and plasma,no backflushing tendency in the detection process,no abrasion,and strong immunity to impact and electrical interference,so it has obvious advantages in blood coagulation detection,especially can realize miniaturization design.Based on the previous research results of the research group,starting from the practical clinical application of coagulation testing,this paper analyzes the market demand and relies on the existing conditions to realize the hardware design of an integrated multi-channel coagulation testing system that can simultaneously detect coagulation function and coagulation factors.Based on the principle of impedance method and combined with the functional requirements of the test items,the hardware platform is divided into two parts: the hardware part and the lower computer software design.The hardware part includes six units such as temperature detection module,microcontroller module,AC signal output module,DC bias voltage output module,amplitude and phase detection module and coil part.The lower computer software controls the hardware circuit,including channel selection,channel parameter setting and temperature control.Based on the developed hardware platform,related experiments,including single channel repeatability test and multi-channel uniformity test,verify that the system has good stability and repeatability;compare and analyze the no-load data of four channels.The consistency of the four excitation coils was verified.Finally,blood and plasma were used for the thromboelastogram and coagulation factor test.The obtained clotting time curve was consistent with the coagulation theory model,and the coagulation process could be detected in real time,and the reproducible results showed The system meets the expected design goals and provides a more comprehensive reference for clinical diagnosis.
