Part I Traditional evaluation of port-wine stains therapeutic effectObjective:To investigate the effect of treatment by comparing digital photographies before and after treatment of port-wine strains with photodynamics therapy.Method:60 patients diagnosed with port-wine strains on the sclap,on the face or on the neck, and receiving photodynamics therapy were selected.Took standard digital photograph and dermoscopic test before and 2 months after the treatment, and divided them into effective group and ineffective group according to change of the lesions.,and calculated the effective rate. Conclusion: Analyzing the digital photographies,46 patients got effective treatment while 14 got ineffective one,and the effective rate was 76.7%.Part II Evaluation of port-wine stains therapeutic effect by dermatoscopeObjective:To investigate the feasibility of assessment method using dermatoscope for evaluating treatment effect of port-wine strains with Photodynamics therapy, and to study the impact of the typical vascular patterns of lesions on the treatment of PDT.Method:58 patients diagnosed with port-wine strains on the sclap,on the face or on the neck, and receiving photodynamics therapy were selected. Before treatment, patients were divided into punctate vessels group, filiform vessels group and reticulation vessels group, according to vascular patterns observed with dermatoscope.Compare the effective radio of these three groups after treatment, study the impact of different vascular patterns on the treatment of PDT.Results:1.Significant association was found in the efficiency of treatment assessment between photography assessment and dermatoscope assessment, and dermatoscope assessment has higher effective rate than photography assessment;2.Observed by dermatoscope, filiform vessels group has higher effective rate than reticulation vessels group. Conclusion: Observing and analyzing the typical vascular patterns of port-wine strains can be an important evaluation index to build a pre-judgment before treating port-wine strains by PDT and evaluating the treatment effect.Part III Evaluation of port-wine stains therapeutic effect by VISIAObjective:To investigate the feasibility of assessment method using VISIA for evaluating treatment effect of port-wine strains with Photodynamics therapy.Method:60 patients diagnosed with port-wine strains on the sclap,on the face or on the neck, and receiving photodynamics therapy were selected.Did VISIA test before and 2 months after the treatment, and divided them into effective group and ineffective group according to change of the lesions.,and calculated the effective rate.Compare the the effective rate with the traditional one. Before treatment, patients were divided into punctate vessels group, filiform vessels group and reticulation vessels group, according to vascular patterns observed with dermatoscope.Compare the effective radio of these three groups after treatment, study the impact of different vascular patterns on the treatment of PDT.Results: Significant association was found in the efficiency of treatment assessment between photography assessment and VISIA assessment, and VISIA assessment has higher effective rate than photography assessment. Conclusion: A VASIA test can be an important evaluation index to build a pre-judgment before treating port-wine strains by PDT and evaluating the treatment effect.
