Therapeutic Evaluation Of TACE Combination Microwave Ablation For Treatment Of Primary Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Objective:To evaluate the safety and efficacy of TACE combined with MWA versus TACE alone for treatment of primary hepatocellular carcinoma(I?II stage).Methods:The clinical data of 41 patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma were retrospectively collected from February 2016 to August 2017,including 24 cases of pure TACE,and 17 cases of TACE combined with microwave ablation.The changes of liver function and lymphocyte subgroup were analyzed before and after the procedures.Results:Liver function show no statistical significance between two groups preoperative and postoperative(P>0.05).The number of CD4~+T cells postoperative from two groups was significantly higher than that of preoperative(P<0.05).PFS of combined treatment group was significantly higher than single treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TACE combined with microwave ablation can significantly improve the tumor progress and immune function of patients with early stage PHC.
