| Objective:Investigating the states of schizophrenia patients resilience, analyzing the relationship of resilience with mindfulness level and life quality in schizophrenic patients, and exploring the feasibility and effect of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction(MBSR)for psychotic intervention of schizophrenia patients in remission stage. To enrich the theoretical study of psychotherapy for schizophrenic patients and to accumulate practical experience for the clinical psychological intervention of schizophrenic patients. Methods:With convenient sampling method,190 schizophrenia patients in close ward and open ward are selected in a mental health hospital in Shanxi form July 2017 to December 2017 as the research object.Connor-Davidson Resiliencen Scale,Five Fact Mindfulness Questionnaire and Subjective Quality Life Scale are used to investigate states of schizophrenia patients’ resilience, mindfulness level and life quality.Randomized controlled trial is conducted and 64 remission patients with satisfied row standard schizophrenic patients from the baseline survey were selected during the trial. And then these patients are evenly divided into two groups, the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group patients receive MBSR for 4 weeks on the basis of drug therapy and occupational therapy. The control group patients only receive drug therapy and occupational therapy. After training, the resilience, mindfulness level and quality of life of the schizophrenic patients in the trail group and the control group are measured.Result:(1)The average score of resilience in schizophrenic patients is(59.62±19.66),score of each dimension are toughness(30.35 ± 11.47),self-improvement(19.61 ± 6.10)and self-improvement(9.66±3.61).(2)Single factor analysis of variance indicate that work status, marital status, education level, family monthly income, residence place and pay type have significant influence on the resilience of schizophrenics(P<0.05).(3)Pearson correlation analysis show that the total score of schizophrenic patients is positively correlated with the total score of mental resilience(P<0.01),and the correlation coefficient is r=0.499.There is a negative correlation between the total score of resilience and quality of life(P<0.01),and the correlation coefficient is r=-0.302.(4)In experimental group, the post-test scores of the psychological elasticity and optimism dimension are higher than the pretest scores(t=-2.615,P<0.05;t=-2.395,P<0.05),and the post-test scores for the three dimension of the total score and description of mindfulness level, the action of awareness and non-judgment are also higher than the pretest scores(t=-5.938,P<0.001;t=-3.737,P=0.001;t=-7.323,P<0.001;t=-5.438,P<0.001),but the post-test scores in the total score of life quality and motivation are lower than the pretest scores. There is no significant difference between the pre-test scores and post-test scores in the control group(P>0.05).(5)The difference value for pre-test scores and post-test scores in these aspects of resilience total score and optimism(t=-2.615,P<0.05;t=-2.395,P<0.05),mindfulness level total score and action of awareness(t=3.710,P<0.001;t=2.497,P<0.05)and motivation(t=-2.934,P<0.01)is significantly different between experimental group and control group.Conclusion:(1)Schizophrenic patients have low resilience generally and their mental resilience is influenced by the level of mindfulness, work condition, marital status, cultural degree, per capita monthly income of the family, residence medical method and other factors.(2)MBSR has a certain improvement effect on the mindfulness level, resilience and life quality of schizophrenic patients. |
