| Objective:To explore the effect of Mindfulness-based stress reduction therapy on hypertensive patients with ischemic stroke, and to provide empirical support and evidence-based basis for further improving the prognosis of hypertensive patients with ischemic stroke. Methods:Patients with hypertension and ischemic stroke who were hospitalized in neurology department of our hospital from November 2021 to October2022 were included as subjects of this study.According to the random number table method, they were divided into the mindfulness group and the control group.Patients in the control group received routine intervention, and patients in the mindfulness group received Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction therapy on the basis of routine intervention.Relevant data of patients before intervention and 90 days after intervention were collected, and statistical analysis was performed using spss25.0 software. The blood pressure, anxiety and depression and prognosis of ischemic stroke were compared between the two groups, and the effect of MBSR on stroke recurrence was analyzed. The test levels were all selected as bilateral α=0.05,and the difference was statistically significant with P<0.05.Results:1.There were no significant differences in age, gender, working status, education level and other basic information between the two groups(P >0.05).There were no significant differences in blood pressure, anxiety and depression,NIHSS score,m RS Grading and MAAS score before intervention(P > 0.05).2.There were statistical differences in the effects of different mindfulness practice duration and frequency on the MAAS(P < 0.05).3.After intervention, the MAAS score of patients in the mindfulness group was significantly different from that before intervention and the control group(P < 0.05).4.After intervention, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in mindfulness group were significantly different from those before intervention and control group(P<0.05).5.NIHSS score and m RS Grading in the mindfulness group after intervention were statistically significant compared with those before intervention and control group(P < 0.05).6.The difference of SAS score and SDS score in mindfulness group after intervention was statistically significant compared with before intervention and control group(P < 0.05).7.The recurrence rate of stroke in the mindfulness group was lower than that in the control group, and mindfulness practice was a protective factor for stroke recurrence(P < 0.05).Conclusions:Mindfulness-based stress reduction therapy can improve anxiety and depression in hypertensive patients with ischemic stroke, reduce blood pressure levels, promote the recovery of ischemic stroke, and reduce the recurrence of ischemic stroke. |
