ObjectiveTo evaluate serum levels of UCH-L1,NSE and S100 B protein in febrile seizure children with different duration, frequency and types,to explore the brain injury and its influence factors of FS and early prognostic factors,to provide theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.MethodsAll children came from Department of Pediatrics of Nanan Hospital from May 1,2017 to November 1,2017.45 cases of children with FS for FS group,57 cases of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection and no seizure as fever control group, and 52 cases of healthy children as normal control group. The serum uch-l1,NSE and S100 B levels were determined by an enzyme marker.Software SPSS22.0 version was used for the statistical calculation and analysis.Results1.In the FS group, the fever group and the normal group, there were statistically significant differences between the two control groups(P<0.01)there was no statistically significant difference between serum uk-l1,NSE and S100 B in the two control groups(P>0.05).2.Serum UCH-L1,NSE and S100 B levels in Children whose seizures lasted over 5 minutes were significantly higher than those less than 5 minutes(UCH-L1: t=6.56,P <0.01: NSE: t=8.88,P <0.01;S100B: t=2.89,P <0.01).3.Serum UCH-L1,NSE and S100 B levels in Children whose seizures happened over 2 times were significantly higher than those less than 2 times(UCH-L1:t=2.50,P<0.01:NSE:t=3.88,P<0.05;S100B:t=2.17,P<0.01).4.Serum UCH-L1,NSE and S100 B levels in complex febrile seizures children were significantly higher than simple febrile seizure children(UCH-L1:t=4.41,P<0.01:NSE:t=7.94,P<0.05;S100B:t=4.90,P<0.01).5.The levels of NSE,S100 B and UCH-L1 protein in FS group were positively correlated with the number of seizures and duration of convulsion(P<0.05).Conclusions1.The serum UCH L1,NSE and S100 B in FS patients increased obviously, and correlated with seizure time, seizure frequency and seizure types. It prompt UCH L1,NSE and S100 B could be used as evaluation of FS early brain injury indicator.2.The serum UCH L1,NSE and S100 B protein levels in children with FS could serve as an important reference for the degree and prognosis of febrile convulsions in clinic.3.The detection of serum UCH L1,NSE and S100 B protein levels in children with FS was simple and easy to use,and it is worth applying in pediatric clinical work.
