| With the deepening of medical policy reforming and the maturation of pharmaceutical industry management,the competition of pharmaceutical enterprise become more regularly.With the development of logistics industry and fusion of Internet plus,the competition turn to be more fierce,which requires the company increase its comprehensive abilities.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out a unified evaluation of the competitiveness of pharmaceutical enterprises,which reflecting the characteristics of each enterprise and the division between them,which can also support the basis for government and company making out strategic decision.In addition,perfecting the theory of competitiveness of pharmaceutical enterprises not only strengthen the exploration of the management of enterprises on the micro,but also provide support for the macro research of industry situation.There has been no unified opinion on the index system of pharmaceutical enterprises competitiveness.The research methods and indicators of it are more diverse,and the main methods of level dividing conclude vertical and horizontal direction.This paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to build the index system,uses the two-dimensional framework screening the competitiveness index,uses Delphi method to perfect the index configuration and determine the weight of the index.Finally,comprehensive evaluation index is used to evaluate the enterprise competition which has structured with three index levels?44 detail indicators.The primary level index is divided into five aspects,which among the scale,R&D,finance,sales and management.Then the paper analyzes the significance of the five aspects to the enterprise and the key points of building the advantage competition.Then,we collected the data of 33 listed companies in the Pearl River Delta,Yangtze River Delta and Beijing Tianjin wing area through the annual report and authoritative website.The characteristic of the index system could be analyzed with utilizing the system to evaluate these data.The results show that the index system can appropriate reflect the state of the enterprise.The index of integration,scale and R&D from the index system accord with normal distribution.There is a certain correlation between scale and the competition,which means a strong competitive ability depends on a powerful scale.The correlation between the primary indicators of the index system is weak,which explain the repeatability between index is smaller.Pharmaceutical industry in the Pearl River Delta region have a good scale basis,mainly concentrate in Shenzhen,Guangzhou,Zhuhai and other cities.Pearl River Delta has a good development in both Chinese and Western medicine industry.Through the evaluation of the Pearl River Delta pharmaceutical listed companies,it is found that the Pearl River Delta pharmaceutical companies have similar competition without any monopoly tycoon.Traditional pharmaceutical companies have bigger scale than emerging ones,which conclude new biomedical and medical diagnostics has a rapid development.By comparing enterprise competition in Pearl River Delta,Yangtze River Delta and Beijing Tianjin Hebei region,we found the advantages of Pearl River Delta is having excellent traditional Chinese medicine production base,abundant capital and good management.But Pearl River Delta is lack of research and development efforts,and biological agents,medical diagnostic industry are somewhat immature.The paper give out suggestions from four aspects for the Pearl River Delta pharmaceutical enterprises and management,to help the pharmaceutical company in the Pearl River delta obtain rapid development.Finally,Baiyun Mountain was used as a beyond data system case prove that the system can be used directly by the enterprise beyond data system for evaluation and comparison.There is no need to rebuild the whole system.The conclusion is drawn that Baiyun Mountain has excellent scale index,diversified sales channels,remarkable achievements in research anddevelopment,but it's potential is insufficient. |
