The Prevalence And Influencing Factors Of Job Burnout Among Interventional Medical Staff In Classified 3 Hospital Of Qiqihaer City

Objective: The purpose of this study is to understand the burnout status of interventional medical staff,and to analyze its influencing factors from the aspects of demography,work,social support and health status,finally put forward targeted suggestions and countermeasures.So as to provide the scientific references for the hospital relevant departments to draw up the prevention and control strategies and measures of job burnout for the interventional medical staff.Methods: The convenience sampling method was used to select 400 interventional medical staff in(including doctors,nurses and medical technicians)from May to August in 2018 in Qiqihar classified 3 hospital to have a questionnaire survey.Questioned 400,recycled effective questionnaire 393,effective recovery rate was 98.25%.Using self-filled questionnaire to collect social demographic characteristics,job related factors,social support,sleep status,mental health,job burnout and other relevant information.Epidata3.0 was used to establish a database and SPSS24.0 was used to statistical analysis,descriptive analysis on the general description,the ?2 test and the logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors,P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results: 82.7% of interventional medical staff have job burnout.Among them,The highest detection rate in the three dimensions of job burnout was diminished personal accomplishment,accounting for 78.4%,and the detection rate of high emotional exhaustion and high depersonalization was 17.0% and 28.8%,respectively.Official staff or not,mind the degree of radiation,work-family conflict,degree of satisfaction of practice environment,and psychological disorder are the influential factors of job burnout(P<0.05).The risk of job burnout in interventional medical staff who were not official staff was 2.758 times(95% CI:1.291-5.890)than those official staff.The risk of job burnout in interventional medical staff who general mind the radiation was 3.510 times(95% CI:1.419-8.679)than those did not mind the radiation.The risk of job burnout in interventional medical staff who have greater work-family conflict was 2.436 times(95% CI:1.102-5.384)than those have smaller work-family conflict.The risk of job burnout in interventional medical staff who were not satisfied with their practice environment was 7.555 times(95% CI:1.951-29.254)than interventional medical staff who were satisfied with their practice environment.The risk of job burnout in interventional medical staff who were with high risk mental disorders was 10.102 times(95% CI:4.314-23.656)than interventional medical staff who were without risk mental disorders.Those who were not official staff were less likely to experience high emotional exhaustion [OR=0.364(95% CI:0.182-0.730)].The risk of high emotional exhaustion in interventional medical staff who were in stress was 2.237 times(95% CI:1.113-4.496)than interventional medical staff without pressure.The risk of high emotional exhaustion in interventional medical staff who have greater work-family conflict was 6.975 times(95% CI:2.555-19.038)than those smaller work-family conflict.The risk of high emotional exhaustion in interventional medical staff with low social support was 36.930 times(95% CI:6.568-207.663)than those with high social support.The risk of high emotional exhaustion in interventional medical staff who were with high risk mental disorders was 2.573 times(95% CI:1.067-6.205)than interventional medical staff who were without risk mental disorders.The risk of high depersonalization in interventional medical staff who were in high work stress was 2.935 times(95% CI:1.751-4.921)than interventional medical staff without high work stress.The risk of high depersonalization in interventional medical staff who were not satisfied with their practice environment was 4.371 times(95% CI:1.990-9.600)than interventional medical staff who were satisfied with their practice environment.The risk of high depersonalization in interventional medical staff with moderate social support was 2.385 times(95% CI:1.207-4.712)than those with high social support.The risk of high depersonalization in interventional medical staff who were with high risk mental disorders was 6.670 times(95% CI :3.128-14.224)than interventional medical staff who were without risk mental disorders.The risk of diminished personal accomplishment in interventional medical staff who were not official staff was 2.415 times(95% CI:1.239-4.707)than those official staff.The risk of diminished personal accomplishment in interventional medical staff who mind the radiation was 2.837 times(95% CI:1.091-7.376)than those did not mind the radiation.The risk of diminished personal accomplishment in interventional medical staff who have greater work-family conflict was 1.213 times(95% CI:0.596-2.466)than those smaller work-family conflict.The risk of diminished personal accomplishment in interventional medical staff who were not satisfied with their practice environment was 8.694 times(95% CI:2.664-28.371)than interventional medical staff who were satisfied with their practice environment.The risk of diminished personal accomplishment in interventional medical staff who were poor self-rated health was 1.758 times(95% CI:0.318-9.716)than interventional medical staff who were good self-rated health.The risk of diminished personal accomplishment in interventional medical staff who were with high risk mental disorders was 2.199 times(95% CI:1.085-4.454)than interventional medical staff who were without risk mental disorders.Conclusions: The overall situation of job burnout among the interventional medical staff in Qiqihar classified 3 hospital was not optimistic,and in the three dimensions,the detection rate of high emotional exhaustion,high depersonalization and diminished personal accomplishment were 17.0%,28.8%,and 78.4%,respectively.Not official staff,general mind the radiation,greater work-family conflict,not satisfied with their practice environment,and with high risk mental disorder were the risk factors of job burnout.Influencing factors of job burnout in different dimensions were also different.Official staff,high working pressure,greater work family conflict,low social support,with high risk mental disorder were the risk factors of high emotional exhaustion.High working pressure,mind the radiation,not satisfied with their practice environment,with high risk mental disorder were the risk factors of high depersonalization.Not official staff,mind the radiation,greater work family conflict,not satisfied with their practice environment,poor self-rated health,with high risk mental disorder were the risk factors of diminished personal accomplishment.
