Walnut green husk also known as pericarpium juglandis.Because of its cold, bitter taste, belonging to the settlement of Chinese Medicine. The study of contemporary pharmacology found that walnut green husk in Western medicine has anti-tumor,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory and other curative effects.Although the role of Walnut green husk in the Chinese and western medicine has been studied, but the use of it is still far from enough,so far too often will be a large number of green husk abandoned in the field. This will not only cause environmental pollution but also a waste of resources. As the walnut production is too large, the market has been the walnut green husk related products still can't solve the remaining walnut green husk pollution and waste of resources. Therefore, the full exploitation of walnut green husk is not only beneficial to environmental protection, but also has broad economic development space, and the development and utilization of walnut green husk ferments is one of the ways to obtain economic benefit. In this paper, walnut green husk was used as raw material, and the main components of walnut green husk ferments were prepared by the first and second natural fermentation.Walnut green husk ferments of mice with alcoholic liver injury, antioxidant, laxative function and the changes of intestinal flora were discussed. The main research contents and results are as follows:1.Protective effect of walnut green husk ferments on alcoholic liver injury in miceMice model of alcoholic liver injury was constructed by multiple-gastric lavage, and the protective effect of walnut green husk ferments on alcoholic liver injury in mice was investigated. The results showed that walnut green husk ferments protects liver cells by increasing the ADH,ALDH content and antioxidant function in body, thus explaining that walnut green husk ferments has the effect of protecting liver.2.Study on antioxidant function of walnut green husk ferments in miceThe antioxidant activity of walnut green husk ferments was analysed by determination of GSH,SOD,MDA and protein carbonyl in serum and liver of each group mice. The results showed that walnut green husk ferments was used to improve the antioxidant and lipid peroxide in mice.3.Laxative effects of walnut green husk ferments on nonnal and experimentalconstipated miceThe constipation mouse model was constructed by filling the suspension of sucralfate suspension, and the defecation experiment and small intestine propulsion experiment were carried out to analyze the laxative effect of walnut green husk ferments. The experimental results show that walnut green husk ferments can strengthen the intestinal peristalsis of mice, promote intestinal digestion and absorption, has a good laxative effect.4.Effects of walnut green husk ferments on the main intestinal flora of miceThrough high throughput sequencing,a diversity analysis of fecal flora and flora structure were performed in three groups of mice with constipation, normal and intragastric walnut green husk ferments. At high sequencing coverage rates, through the comparison of Alpha diversity,it was found that walnut green husk ferments can reverse the abundance of intestinal flora in constipation mice below the blank groups Both the model group and the experimental groups improved the Simpson diversity index and the Shannom diversity index,in which the Simpson diversity index was more than 172%of the blank group and the model group, and the effect of walnut green husk enzyme on the intestinal flora of mice was different.Through the comparison of phylum, class, genus and species,it was found that the walnut green husk ferments can inhibit some harmful bacteria to maintain the intestinal flora structure and function in mice by increasing the content of relevant beneficial bacteria in intestinal tract, and help to maintain intestinal health.
