Clinical Observation Of Xuefu Zhuyu Pill Combined With Low Molecular Weight Heparin Calcium In Preventing Deep Venous Thrombosis Of Lower Extremity After Femoral Trochanteric Fracture

Objective To observe the clinical observation of Xuefu Zhuyu Pill combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium in preventing DVT formation after IFF,and to explore the mechanism of Xuefu Zhuyu Pill in preventing DVT,evaluate its effectiveness and rationality,and thus apply Xuefu Zhuyu Pill for clinical application.Combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium to provide an objective basis for prevention of DVT formation after IFF.Methods Eighty patients from the Sixth Hospital of Ningbo City and Ninghai County Chinese Medicine Hospital from November 2016 to November 2017 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group was treated with conventional low molecular weight heparin calcium.Liquid(Wanmaishu)treatment:subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin calcium 4100AXaIU,1 time/day,7 days for a course of treatment;at the same time to prevent infection,adjust water and electrolytes and acid-base balance,nutritional support and other comprehensive treatment.The treatment group was given Xuefu Zhuyu Pill on the basis of the same treatment method in the control group,and the treatment was performed on the 7th.D-D content,PT,FIB were measured before operation,7 days after operation,and 14 days after operation.All cases underwent pressure ultrasound examination of the lower extremities on the 14th day after operation,and were followed up for one month after the operation.Results 1.Clinical efficacy:2 patients in the treatment group developed DVT,the incidence rate was 5%,and the control group formed 5 patients with DVT,the incidence rate was 12.5%,which was the same as the average of the incidence of DVT after major orthopedic surgery.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Both treatments were safe and effective in preventing DVT.From the statistical data alone,the incidence of DVT in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,suggesting that the combination of Xuefu Zhuyu Pills was more satisfactory than the simple application of low molecular weight heparin calcium injection.2.There was no significant difference in the D-D content between the two groups(P>0.05).On the 7th and 14th postoperative day,the D-D content of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the preoperative(P<0.05).The D-D content on the 14th day after operation was lower than the 7th day after surgery(P<0.05).There were significant differences between the two groups in the D-D content on the 7th and 14th day after surgery(P<0.05).3.There was no significant difference in the FIB time between the two groups(P>0.05).On the 7th and 14th postoperative day,the PT levels in the two groups were significantly longer than those before surgery(P<0.05),and the 14th day after surgery was longer than the 7th day after surgery(P<0.05).There were significant differences between the two groups in the PT group on the 7th and 14th day after surgery(P<0.05).4.There was no significant difference in FIB content between the two groups(P>0.05).On the 7th and 14th postoperative day,the FIB levels in the two groups were significantly lower than those before surgery(P<0.05),and the 14th day after surgery was lower than the 7th day after surgery(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the FIB content between the two groups on the 7th and 14th day after surgery(P<0.05).5.Safety:The treatment group was treated with three routine routines,liver and kidney function,electrolytes,electrocardiogram,etc.,and no obvious abnormalities were found,and no obvious adverse reactions were observed.Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu Pill combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium can significantly reduce DD,FIB,prolong PT,resist blood coagulation,improve blood rheology,accelerate blood flow,improve microcirculation,reduce blood viscosity,and no obvious adverse reactions.Prevention of DVT formation after IFF,has a good effect,can improve symptoms and signs,thereby shortening the course of the disease.Compared with the simple application of low molecular weight heparin calcium injection,the effect is more satisfactory.It has certain safety and effectiveness and provides a reliable basis for clinical application.
