Clinical Efficacy Of Rhubarb Zhechong Pill Combined With Low Molecular Weight Heparin Calcium In The Treatment Of Middle And Low Risk PE

Objective: To evaluate the changes of TCM syndromes and related laboratory indexes of rhubarb Zhechong pill combined with western medicine anticoagulant therapy in treating low risk pulmonary embolism of blood stasis type,and to explore the theoretical basis of TCM and western medicine to play its role.And to evaluate the efficacy and feasibility of rhubarb Zhechong pill in adjuvant treatment of middle and low risk pulmonary embolism.Methods: Twenty-six PE patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium sequential warfarin.The treatment group was treated with Dahuang Zhechong Pill.After the 1,2,4,8 and 12 weeks of treatment,the indexes of TCM syndrome score and FIB,NT-Pro BNP,ctn I and PT were evaluated.Results :There was no significant change after 1 week compared with that before treatment.After 2 weeks and 4 weeks,the indexes of NT-pro BNPN FIB? D-D polymer ?APTT in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group.After 8 weeks and 12 weeks.There was no significant difference between the two groups.But in the risk of bleeding,The treatment group was significantly lower than the control group.Conclusion: Rhubarb Zhechong pill combined with routine Western medicine anticoagulant therapy in the treatment of low risk pulmonary embolism of blood stasis type is more effective than western medicine anticoagulant therapy alone and it can effectively reduce the risk of bleeding.
