Objective:To observe the dynamic changes of serum HBsAg in patients with CHB receiving NAs treatment after HBVDNA negative conversion,and compare the changes of HBsAg in HBeAg?+?and HBeAg?-?group patients,explore the possible course of NAs treatment.Methods:Examination of the patients,age,gender,previous detection of antiviral treatment,HBVDNA,ALT,AST,HBsAg quantitation,HBeAg,HBeAb.All patients received one of the drugs:LDT?600mg/day?,ADV?10mg/day?,LAM?lOOmg/day?,ETV?0.5mg/day?or TDF?300mg/day?,observe the change of HBsAg quantitation after HBVDNA negative conversion,6 months,1years,3 years,5 years,7 years.Result:1?Dynamic change of HBsAg quantitationOn the whole,The median quantitative after the treatment of HBVDNA by NAs for 6 months and 1,3,5,7 years respectively were 3.202 Log₁₀IU/ml?3.230Log₁₀IU/ml?3.010 Log₁₀IU/ml?2.077 Log₁₀IU/ml?2.862 Log₁₀IU/ml?2.083Log₁₀IU/ml.So although there are fluctuations in the quantitation of HBsAg,but the overall downward trend,among them:1)the HBeAg positive patients with HBVDNA negative conversion,afte 6 months and 1,3,5,7 years the median of HBsAg quantitation were 3.347 Log₁₀IU/ml?3.329 Log₁₀IU/ml?3.107 Log₁₀IU/ml?3.169Log₁₀IU/ml?2.960 Log₁₀IU/ml?2.164 Log₁₀IU/ml.2)the HBeAg negative patients with HBVDNA negative conversion,after 6 months and 1,3,5,7 years years,the median of HBsAg quantitation were 3.133 Log10IU/ml?3.193 Log₁₀IU/ml?2.970Log₁₀IU/ml?2.967 Log₁₀IU/ml?2.536 Log₁₀IU/ml?2.536 Log₁₀IU/ml.2?Cleared time of HBsAgAccording to the trend of decline of HBsAg quantitation data fitting equation of linear regression equation:Y=-0.135X+3.284?R2=0.786?,which HBeAg positive group Y=-0.139X+3.430?R=-0.713?,HBeAg negative group Y=-0.146X+3.216?R=0.924?,to calculate The HBsAg clearance time,HBeAg positive group was 25 years and the HBeAg negative group was 22 years.Conclusion:1.With the prolongation of the time of treatment,the HBsAg level in CHB patients treated with NAs was generally declining,including the HBeAg positive group and the HBeAg negative group.2.In HBeAg positive group,the level of HBsAg was significantly lower than that of HBeAg negative group?P=0.02?.3.In theory,it will take more than 20 years to clear the HBeAg positive group and HBeAg negative group HBsAg.Therefore,it takes a long time to treat CHB with NAs.
