The Evaluation Of Occupational Hazard Factors In Cashmere Industry

At present,there are more than 20,000 tons of cashmere production in the world,and among them about 1.8 million tons from China.Even though cashmere industry contributed to the Chinese economic construction development,the noise,dust,heat and other occupational hazard result from the Cashmere industry have not received enough attention.So get the knowledge of occupational hazard factors in Cashmere industry,analysis and decide the degree of the hazard,propose some countermeasures to improve and learn how to protect the health of workers in Cashmere industry and maintain the vitality of company development,all of this has become a research topic.Firstly,this thesis takes a large-scale Q cashmere enterprise as an example,according to the law of occupational hazard factors in the classification.Secondly,according to the occupational hazard factors,which refer to the production process,labor process,the production environment,the occupational hazard factors are divided into five factors which is chemical,physical,biological,process and human.And then with the help of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,evaluate the Q cashmere company occupational hazard factors on the whole,evaluation to determine the result is good,but the value and general result very close to good results.So it is necessary for Q Company to strengthen the control of hazard factors of occupational diseases.We should take methods to solve the existing problems and provide workers with a good working environment.In addition,this thesis also evaluated the dust production factors,chemical factors,high temperature operating,noise factors and other key factors by the quantitative grading evaluation method.Finally,according to the existing problems of Q cashmere Company,they restructure from the two key points of health prevention and occupational disease prevention.In this thesis,the analysis of determination result about management,control and prevention of occupational disease in cashmere industry has a certain reference value.
