Study On The Distribution Of TCM Syndrome Of Hashimoto's Thyroiditis

Objective: This study through the epidemiological investigation,will collect the information of syndromes of hashimoto's thyroiditis patients data statistical analysis,studies the characteristics of TCM syndrome of hashimoto's thyroiditis and distribution,and hashimoto's thyroiditis of TCM syndrome and the correlation between thyroid function,thyroid imaging.Method: Questionnaire design,according to the diagnostic criteria,and exclusion criteria,from November 2015 to December 2017 in shandong university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital outpatient and ward in patients with diagnosis of hashimoto's thyroiditis screening qualified cases,fill in the information table syndromes was hashimoto's thyroiditis,extracting the elements,frequency analysis,cluster analysis,chi-square test,and analyze its results discussed.Results: The main symptoms of hashimoto's thyroiditis are galls,fatigue,irritability,etc.Based on the clustering analysis of syndrome elements,we can conclude that there are five kinds of syndromes,such as heart and liver fire,qi and Yin deficiency,spleen and kidney Yang deficiency,liver depression and spleen deficiency,and cuspate blood stasis.The central hepatovenous type is hyperthyroidism,liver depression and spleen deficiency,qi Yin and Yin deficiency are mainly thyroid function,spleen and kidney Yang deficiency,and phrenic blood stasis are mainly hypothyroidism.And there is a close correlation between the thickness of the left lobe and the thickness of the thyroid gland.Conclusion: There are many clinical manifestations of hashimoto's thyroiditis,but it is the most common type of syndromes,such as heart and liver fire,qi and Yin deficiency,spleen and kidney Yang deficiency,liver depression and spleen deficiency,and cuspate blood stasis.There is a certain correlation between TCM syndrome and thyroid function and thyroid imaging.This study of the organic combination of macroscopic syndrome and microcosmic syndrome differentiation,greatly enrich the content of the syndrome differentiation and treatment of hashimoto's thyroiditis,which provides a theoretical basis for better excellent cure disease,deserves further research.
