Research On The Development Of Community Health Service And Function In Hierarchical Medical Model

Objective: to summarize on the development of foreign classification diagnosis and treatment,combined with the domestic various provinces and municipalities to carry out the classification of diagnosis and treatment experience,analysis of the predicament of supply and demand in the community health services,and community health service center(station)in shandong province community residents,the questionnaire survey to understand the knowledge of community residents for grading diagnosis and treatment selection situation,the satisfaction of community health services,community health service institutions and the SWOT analysis,hope for grading diagnosis mode of community health service development feasibility,long-term scientific planning Suggestions are put forward.Methods: through the national statistical platform and provincial statistics,as well as the annual bulletin,check the data of community health service institutions,including the basic situation of community health service institutions,such as community health service center(station)beds,health practitioners,nurses and technical personnel,visits and other data,the development of the basic master grading diagnosis and basic situation of community health service work,is the research of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment of community health services to provide important theory and data support.Through questionnaires,including the basic public health services provide situation of community health service institutions,community residents of community health service function of unknown situation,the community residents for grading diagnosis and treatment of general condition,community residents satisfaction of community health service center(station),etc.Through interviews with community residents,it is possible to understand the advice and recognition of community health services.Through interviews with community health workers,I learned about their understanding and career choice of graded diagnosis and treatment,and how to view the medical treatment choices of community residents.Hierarchical diagnosis model by comparing foreign and domestic other provinces and cities,the role of community health service center(station)as well as the development model,draw lessons from its effective management methods,combined with the actual situation of shandong province,through summary,put forward the reasonable strategy to improve and develop community health service function.Results: shandong community health service center(station)increased by 30 from 2251 in 2012 to 2311 in 2016.Community residents' understanding of graded diagnosis and treatment shows that only 6.25% of the community residents have a good understanding of graded diagnosis and treatment,and 47.5% of residents do not know the concept of graded diagnosis and treatment.People who have known about graded diagnosis and treatment are 42.86% in terms of community advocacy.Only 68.75% of the community health service center(station),community residents choose to clinic in the knowledge of community health service function,according to the survey for community health services,community residents without good cognition,for the development of clinical disease function is relatively understanding,but for family rehabilitation,prevention,service,health education,and other functions do not understand,think that community health service center(station)and has the above function.In addition,the relevant departments have some deficiencies in the community health service work,and the publicity of community health is not enough.Community residents lack adequate understanding of community health work,leading to a lack of two-way referral channels.The development of community health service is also disturbed by the large flow of community health service personnel and the inadequacy of information construction.Conclusion: the comprehensive development of graded diagnosis and treatment is an opportunity for the development of community health service.Community health service center(station)to continue to play their own advantages,make up the weakness,look for opportunities to enhance the quality of community health service,strengthening the construction of informatization,draw lessons from foreign experience,to carry out the relevant national policies,formulate long-term planning,continue to play an important role in hierarchical diagnosis model,improve the node referral channels,promote the construction of diagnosis and classification of crowd,to benefit more community residents,and provide basic guarantee for the health.
