Study On The Medication Regularity Of Professor Dong Guiying’s In Treating Vertigo(Primary Hypertension)

Objective:the application of "traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance support platform(V2.5)" system software,Objective to analyze and summarize professor Dong Guiying’s medication rules and characteristics of the treatment of vertigo(primary hypertension),and summarize Professor Dong’s academic thoughts and clinical experiences in diagnosis and treatment of hypertensive vertigo,so as to provide more references for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:Collecting and sorting out the outpatient cases from October 2016 to October 2017 by Professor Dong Guiying,screening out 150 cases of hypertensive vertigo as the first diagnosis in accordance with the inclusion criteria,the case information entry TCM Inheritance support platform(V2.5),through data mining methods such as frequency statistics,association rules,complex entropy clustering analysis and improved mutual information method,we analyzed the rules and experiences of Professor Dong Guiying in treating hypertensive vertigo.Results:Of 150 cases of hypertensive vertigo treated by Professor Dong Guiying,204 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine were used,the commonly used medicines include:gastrodia elata,Alisma,Bupleurum,Pueraria,Poriacocos,Scutellaria,Achyranthes bidentata,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Angelica sinensis,Radix paeoniae alba etc.In the four nature of the traditional Chinese medicine,the most medicinal herbs are cold,in the five flavors,the proportion of bitter and sweet drugs is larger,and most belong to liver and heart,spleen and kidney.Based on association rules analysis,entropy clustering and data mining,the 34 groups of Chinese medicine combinations with frequency greater than or equal to 35 times and the core drug combination3 groups were obtained.Conclusion:Through the analysis of Professor Dong Guiying’s prescription medication for hypertensive vertigo,It is concluded that Dong Fang is mainly used to fill in the medicine,the medicine of clearing the heat,the medicine of the liver,the medicine for activating blood and removing blood stasis.The clinical efficacy and safety of the medicine are good.
