Based On The TCM Inheritance Auxiliary Platform, We Discuss The Prescription And Medication Rules Of Professor He Juqiao In Treating Premature Ejaculatio

Objective:The data from the TCM heritage support platform aid platform was used to mine the prescription and medication patterns of Professor He JuQiao in the treatment of premature ej aculation,to summarise his clinical experience and main academic ideas,and to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of premature ejaculation.Methods:Prescriptions of cases eligible for premature ejaculation attending the clinic of Professor He JuQiao at the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine between 1 January 2019 and 31 December 2022 were collected,standardized and entered into Microsoft Excel 2020,TCM Heritage Assist Platform(V2.5)software to establish a database.The results were obtained by frequency statistics,association rule analysis,entropy clustering analysis and presented in graphical form.The results of the study were subjectively analysed to explore Professor He JuQiao’s medication pattern and main academic ideas in the treatment of premature ej acul ati on.Results:1.A total of 170 male patients were included in this study,with the largest number in the age group of 3 0-3 9 years,followed by the age group of 20-29 years,with youth predominating.2.A total of 170 prescriptions involving 128 herbal medicines were collected in this study.The top ten medicines in terms of frequency of use were Zedaxia,Chaihu,Jinzhuzi,Huangbai,Mudanpi,Wuweizi,Longbone,Shengdihuang,Huangqi and Gentian.3.The study showed that the frequency of drugs with four qi cold was the highest,followed by flat and warm drugs,the five tastes were mainly sweet,bitter and pungent,and the four meridians of the kidney,liver,heart and spleen were the main ones.4.The study summarized the data of 32 commonly used drug combinations obtained,including 10 herbs,mainly:Chai Hu-Ze Diarrhoea(97),Ze Diarrhoea-Jin Zhen Zi(82),Huang Bai-Ze Diarrhoea(74),Chai Hu-Jin Zhen Zi(72),Mudanpi-Chai Hu(65),Mudanpi-Ze Diarrhoea(65),Sheng Di Huang-Ze Diarrhoea(63),Huang Bai-Ze Diarrhoea(62),Huang Bai-Chai Hu-Ze Diarrhoea(62)Radix Bupleurum-Zedoary-Gold Primrose(62).5.Two new prescriptions were discovered,namely:Wu Wei Zi,Zhi Mu,Jin Zhen Zi,Xian Mao,Centipede and Bai Shao,Huang Bai,Oyster,Gentian,Sheng Di Huang.Conclusion:1.In this study,the incidence of Premature ejaculation was found to be predominantly in young people and relatively less in middle-aged and elderly people.2.Professor He JuQiao’s main experience in treating Premature ejaculation is to take care of the spleen and stomach according to local conditions;to calm the yin and secrete the yang,so that the kidney qi can be consolidated;to pay attention to the emotions and de-stress the liver and regulate the qi.3.This study collated and analysed Professor He JuQiao’s clinical cases in the treatment of Premature ejaculation by means of data mining,and obtained two new combinations of prescriptions that may be clinically significant and serve as an inheritance and innovation to Professor He’s clinical experience.
