Yang Yin Tian Xiang Dan Clinical Research For The Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease Stable Angina Pectoris

Objective:By studying the effect of Yangyin Tianxiangdan on the vascular endothelial function in patients with stable angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease in Xinjiang,the mechanism of Yangyin Tianxiangdan in the treatment of coronary heart disease was studied,which provided an effective clinical program for the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods: In the period from June 2017 to March 2018,60 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to the TCM Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups by random number table method,in which the test group and the control group each 30 cases.Both groups received basic treatment(eg aspirin,clopidogrel,statins and angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors(ACEI)/angiotensin receptor blockers(ARB),beta blockers,etc.)The group was treated for one month at the same time as basic treatment.By comparing the clinical symptoms before and after treatment,endothelin-1(ET-1),nitric oxide(NO),von Willebrand factor test(vWF),electrocardiogram,Seattle angina pectoris score,etc.,to achieve efficacy Evaluation.Results:(1)The study found that the total effective rate of Yangyin Tianxiangdan group was 76.66%,which was significantly better than that of the control group.There was a statistically significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05).At the same time,in the improvement of symptoms and angina pectoris in traditional Chinese medicine,Yin Tianxiangdan has a significant effect,but there is no significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of electrocardiogram.(2)After treatment,the levels of ET-1 and vWF were significantly lower in the two groups,and the level of NO was higher than before.However,compared with the control group,the changes of ET-1 and NO were statistically different in the Yangyin Tianxiangdan group,and the vWF changes.There was no significant difference between the two groups,with no statistical difference.Conclusion:Yangyin Tianxiangdan treatment can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of coronary heart disease patients with unstable angina yin deficiency syndrome,improve vascular endothelial function,improve thequality of life of patients with coronary heart disease,long lasting effect,better long-term effect.
