Clinical Curative Effect Of Warm Acupuncture Treatment Combined With Fu's Subcutaneous Needling In Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:To observe Clinical curative effect of the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis by Warm acuPuncture treatment combined with Fu 's Subcutaneous Needling.Methods:According to the random number table,60 Patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment grouP(30 cases)and control grouP(30 cases).The control grouP was treated with Warm AcuPuncture,while the treatment grouP was treated with Warm acuPuncture and Fu 's Subcutaneous Needling treatment.After two courses of treatment,VAS and WOMAC scores were used to observe the degree of Pain and the imProvement of knee joint activity.The clinical effects of the two methods on knee osteoarthritis were comPared.Result:Three of the 60 PeoPle who met the criteria fell off(2 PeoPle in the control grouP and 1 Person in the treatment grouP).Finally,57 PeoPle(28 PeoPle in the control grouP and 29 PeoPle in the treatment grouP)were treated by statistics.?There was no significant difference in gender,age and course of disease between the two grouPs(P>0.05),which was comParable.?The VAS scores of the two grouPs before and after treatment were comPared:the VAS scores of the two grouPs after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the VAS scores between the two grouPs after treatment,and the difference between the two grouPs was not statistically significant(P>0.05).?The WOMAC scores of the two grouPs before and after treatment were comPared:the WOMAC scores of the two grouPs after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);the WOMAC scores of the two grouPs after treatment were significantly different,and the difference between before and after treatment was also statistically significant(P<0.05).? The WOMAC scores of the two grouPs before and after treatment were comPared:the WOMAC scores of the two grouPs after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);the WOMAC scores of the two grouPs after treatment were significantly different,and the difference between before and after treatment was also statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:?
