| Objective:To observe the efficacy of acupuncture on chengshan point, chengjin point and feiyang point combined with DMS in the treatment of patients with foot ptosis after stroke. Methods: according to the subject standard,This study selected 78 patients with spastic foot droop after stroke from January 2018 to December 2018 in the Department of Rehabilitation,Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region as the research object. All included patients, randomly divided into three groups, test group A(Acupuncture of bladder meridian+DMS+conventional rehabilitation therapy),Control group B(DMS+conventional rehabilitation training),Control group C(Acupuncture of bladder meridian+conventional rehabilitation therapy)intervention in 3weeks,respectively.After the collected case data was collected, the data was processed with SPSS 22.0 statistical software package. The modified Ashworth spasticity scale, evaluation of Holden walking ability scale and the itmyoelectric evaluation were compared.Results:(1)in reducing the tension of the triceps muscle of the lower leg,the scores of the modified Ashworth spasticity scale in the three groups were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of the three groups were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).(2)on the surface EMG score, after treatment, the difference of RMS scale score among the three groups was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the score of the test group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)on the evaluation of Holden walking ability scale: after treatment, the difference of Holden walking ability among the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the scores of the test group were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: acupuncture of these threepoints combined with DMS can effectively improve the tension of triceps crus muscle after cerebral apoplexy. |
