Objective:To explore the epidemiological trend of prostate cancer in Xinjiang, and to analyze the related factors of prostate cancer and the difference of prostate biopsy results in Uygur and Han.Methods:Retrospective analysis of male patients with symptoms of lower urinary tract discomfort from August 2008 to August 2016 for digital rectal examination(DRE);serum prostate specific antigen(PSA),prostate B ultrasound, multiparameter MRI(mpMRI)To analyze the trend of prostate cancer epidemics in our hospital and the detection rate and pathological results of prostate cancer at different ages and different tPSA levels in the Uygur and Han nationalities(Gleason score). Results:From August 2008 to August 2018,a total of 2024 patients with prostate biopsy>50 years old were enrolled,1350(66.7%)Han patients,429(21.2%)Uygur patients;and 245(12.1%)patients from other ethnic groups. The age of older men is proportional to tPSA.The positive rates of prostate biopsy in patients with tPSA values of<4ug/ml,4-99.9ug/ml,10-20ug/ml,and>20ug/ml were 20.6%,23%,24.2%,60.4%,and 39.6%,respectively.The detection rate of prostate cancer was positively correlated with tPSA,BMI and PSA density. The mean difference of tPSA between the Wei and Han was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the positive rate of prostate cancer biopsy between different ethnic groups(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the composition of Gleason's different scores between the two groups(P<0:05).Conclusion:1.The number of patients with>50 years old prostate cancer is increasing year by year, but the growth trend has slowed down in the past two years.2.The clinical stage of?50 years old prostate cancer patients was mainly stage?,44,1%of tPSA>20 ng/ml,and 46.0%of Gleason score?8 points.Higher stage.tPSA and Gleason scores suggest a poorer prognosis. There were differences in the tPSA mean, prostate biopsy positive rate and Gleason scores in patients with prostate cancer in Uygur and Han.Considering the customs and customs of various ethnic groups 4.Age,tPSA.ethnicity.PSA density, and BMI influence are important factors in the development of prostate cancer.
