Objective:To investigate the correlation between metastatic behavior and expression of tumor biology markers with estrogen receptor(ER)and progesterone receptor(PR)in breast carcinoma.Data and Methods:1.All the datum of 240 cases of patients with metastatic breast cancer are collected about Dalian related hospital from 2013.10 to 2016.10,which have a relatively complete clinical and imaging datum, and census the information of the cases of patients including expression in postoperative pathologic(ER,PR),which is recorded on the pathology report by pathologists and radiologists imaging report, then we need to record related datum of lung, liver and bone;Local transfer, distant metastasis;Single and multiple transfer information. Then statistical results were divided into different groups the expression of ER and PR,then made R*C table, and analyzed X list data by?~2 test,P<0.05 was regard as statistically significant differences.Because there are multiple groups between analyses, statistical analysis with partition of Chi-square test was needed when the analysis result was statistically significant difference. But the significance level needed to be calibrated.Results:1.There was no significant difference between the expression of ER with distant metastasis, local invasion and distant metastasis with local invasion of metastatic breast cancer(P>0.05).However,the expression of PR was significantly different in the patients with distant metastasis, local invasion, distant metastasis with local invasion(P<0.05).There was significant difference between expression of ER,PR in different groups with the distribution of local and distant metastasis of metastatic breast cancer(P<0.05),Multiple groups were compared by partition of Chi-square test, the results suggest that there was significant difference between ER+PR+and ER+PR-on the distribution of distant metastasis, local invasion, distant metastasis with local invasion.2.There was no significant difference between the expression of ER with single distant metastasis and multiple distant metastasis of metastatic breast cancer(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the expression of PR with single distant metastasis and multiple distant metastasis of metastatic breast cancer(P>0.05).There was significant difference between expression of ER,PR in different groups with the distribution of single distant metastasis and multiple distant metastasis of metastatic breast cancer(P<0.05).Multiple groups were compared by partition of Chi-square test, the results suggest that there was no significant difference between the different group of expression of ER,PR with the distribution of single distant metastasis and multiple distant metastasis of metastatic breast cancer.3.There was a significant difference between the expression of ER with liver metastasis, bone metastasis and lung metastasis of metastatic breast cancer(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference between the expression of PR and liver metastasis, bone metastasis and lung metastasis of metastatic breast cancer(P>0.05).There was a significant difference between expression of ER,PR in different groups with the distribution of liver metastasis, bone metastasis and lung metastasis of metastatic breast cancer(P<0.05).Multiple groups were compared by partition of Chi-square test, the results suggest that there was significant difference between ER+PR-and ER-PR-on the distribution of liver metastasis, bone metastasis and lung metastasis of metastatic breast cancer.Conclusion:1.The patients of PR+are more likely to induce distant metastasis. The expression of ER and PR were related to the metastasis of breast cancer, and the ER+PR+was more likely to induce distant metastasis than ER+PR-.2.Different expression of ER and PR were associated with single and multiple metastasis of breast cancer.3.The risk of bone metastasis in patients with ER+is greater, and the risk of ER+PR-is higher than that of ER-PR-.ER-PR-is more likely to occur liver metastasis than ER+PR-.
