Clinical Study On Treatment Of Varicocele With Erectile Dysfunction By Operation Combined With Shugan Yiyang Capsule

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of surgery combined with Shugan Yiyang Capsule in the treatment of varicocele(VC)combined with erectile dysfunction(ED),and to study the relationship between VC and ED,and to provide more extensive clinical application.And the value basis of practicality.Methods: Sixty patients with ED and ED who met the criteria for Western medicine diagnosis and treatment of kidney deficiency,liver stagnation and blood stasis were randomly divided into Shugan Yiyang capsule group(group1),operation group(group 2)and surgical combined with liver-relieving liver.Yiyang capsule group(group 3).The clinical efficacy of the three groups of patients was treated for one month.After one month of treatment,a return visit was conducted to observe the Rigi Scan Plus visual audible stimulation(AVSS),penile erection hardness test parameters,international erectile function index(IIEF-5)score,and fatigue scale-14(FS-14)Scoring and TCM syndrome scores,comparing the differences between the three groups after treatment.Results: The erectile function of the three groups improved after treatment.Compared with group 1,group 3 was better than group 1 and group 2 in improving Rigi Scan Plus AVSS penile erection hardness test parameters,while group 2 improved better than group 1.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);group 3 was better than group 1 and group 2,and group2 was better than group 1,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);group 2 and group 3 after treatment The fatigue index decreased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the FS-14 score between the group 1 and the treatment group(P>0.05).The group 3 improved the TCM syndrome score.Better than group 1 and group 2,and group 2 improved better than group 1,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion: 1.After observing the clinical study and clinical efficacy of surgery combined with Shugan Yiyang Capsule in the treatment of ED with VC,it is known The erectile function of some patients with ED is related to VC.2.Surgery combined with Shugan Yiyang capsule can effectively improve the erectile function of ED patients with VC,improve the Rigi Scan Plus AVSS penile erection hardness test parameters,IIEF-5 On the score and TCM syndrome score,the curative effect is better than using Shugan Yiyang capsule or surgery;3.Surgery on Rigi Scan Plus AVSS penile erection hardness test parameters,IIEF-5 score,FS-14 score and TCM syndrome score The improvement was better than the use of Shugan Yiyang Capsule(P<0.05).4.Surgery and surgery combined with Shugan Yiyang Capsule was more effective in improving the fatigue symptoms of VC patients than using Shugan Yiyang Capsule;5.This combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine VC combined with ED has significant efficacy and is worthy of clinical research.It can be further promoted as a clinical treatment specification,and...
