OBJECTIVE:To detect peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets and NK cells in Parkinson's disease(PD)group(case group)and control group by flow cytometry, and to analyze peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets in two groups by case-control study.Whether there is a difference between NK cells, whether there is a certain correlation between the peripheral lymphocyte subsets and NK cells in the PD group and the age, duration of disease(sickness),disease severity and cognitive function of the patients.METHODS:The case group collected 30 patients with PD who were hospitalized in the Production and Construction Corps Hospital from February to September 2017.The control group selected 30 healthy controls from the same physical examination. All cases were examined in detail, and physical examinations were performed.HY classification(Hoehn-Yahr,HY),Unified Parkinson's disease rating scale(UPDRS)and Mini-Mental Stat(Mini-Mental Stat)Examination,MMSE),all subjects used flow cytometry to detect peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets and NK cells. Two independent sample t-tests were used to compare the differences between lymphocyte subsets and NK cells between the two groups.Correlation analysis was used to analyze the lymphocyte subsets and NK cells in PD group and their age, disease duration, disease severity and cognitive function.Relevance.RESULTS:Total lymphocyte count,CD3,CD4,CD8 T lymphocyte counts,D4-CD8-%levels,CD]9%,CD19+B lymphocyte counts, and NK%were elevated in PD patients.Total lymphocyte count,CD3,and CD4-CD8-T lymphocyte count levels were associated with age in PD patients. The CD3%level of PD patients was associated with cognitive function, and the CD3%level of non-dementia group in PD patients was higher than that in dementia group. Conclusion:Peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets and NK cells in PD patients have functional imbalance;total lymphocyte count,CD3,CD4-CD8-T lymphocyte counts in PD patients are age-related,CD3%levels are related to cognitive function,PD is associated with Decreased CD3%levels in dementia are more pronounced.
