| Objective:This study was to evaluate the clinical efficacy in the treatment of Spleen-hypofunction and Reverse Qi Syndrome of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD),and to observe the effect of infrared skin temperature of Ren and Du meridians,gate of life and Shenshu in Spleen-hypofunction and Reverse Qi Syndrome of GERD with Qi Shi Sheng Jiang Gui Yuan Pill,explore the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of GERD by the Qi Shi Sheng Jiang Gui Yuan Pill.Method:60 patients with Spleen-hypofunction and Reverse Qi Syndrome of GERD included in the study were randomly divided into the observation group and the western medicine group according to the random number table method.The observation group was treated with Qi Shi Sheng Jiang Gui Yuan Pill,and the western medicine group was treated with Rabeprazole enteric capsule.The treatment was performed for 2 weeks.The GerdQ scale and accompanying symptom score was used to evaluate the symptoms and clinical efficacy before the treatment and on the 14 th day of the treatment.The acupoint skin temperature measuring instrument was used to treat the two groups of patients.The skin temperature of the hole was observed.Results: 1.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the total score of GerdQ scale between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the total scores of the observation group and the western medicine group were decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the reduction of the observed group was greater than that of the western medicine group;2.There was no significant difference in the scores of the symptoms of the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of heartburn,abdominal pain,sleep symptoms caused by reflux/heartburn had significant differences(P < 0.05);3.After treatment,the observed symptom scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);4.After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%,which was markdly better than that of the western medicine group(63.3%),which is of statistical significance(P<0.05);5.Infrared imaging test results show that after treatment,the difference of infrared skin temperature of Ren and Du meridians,gate of life and Shenshu in the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and infrared skin temperature of Ren and Du meridians,gate of life and Shenshu in the observation group was higher than that in the western medicine group;In the group,the difference of infrared skin temperature before and after in the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the infrared skin temperature of Ren and Du meridians,gate of life and Shenshu was increased.Conclusion:1.The clinical efficacy of the treatment of Qi Shi Sheng Jiang Gui Yuan Pill is better than that of Rabeprazole enteric capsule.2.It is found that the skin temperature of Ren and Du meridians,gate of life and Shenshu of Spleen-hypofunction and Reverse Qi Syndrome of GERD can be raised by Qi Shi Sheng Jiang Gui Yuan Pill,and this pill can improve the continuity of the Du Meridian.so it is speculated that Qi Shi Sheng Jiang Gui Yuan Pill could make Qi flow of Ren and Du meridians,recover the function of middle warmer in the ascending and descending,descend the reversed Qi,lead Yin Fire downward,thereby the reflux and other symptoms caused by GERD can be relieved.The mechanism of the treatment of GERD with Qi Shi Sheng Jiang Gui Yuan Pill is worthy of further research. |
