Clinical Observation And Anti Recurrenceof Jiaweizuojin Pill In The Treatment Of Liver And Stomach Heat Syndromeof Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

Objective:1.To observe the clinical effect of Jiawei zuojin pill in the treatment of hepatic and gastroesophageal reflux disease.2.To observe the recurrence rate of patients after treatment.Methods:In this clinical trial,60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 30 patients with traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and 30 cases in the western medicine control group.The Chinese medicine treatment group was treated with the addition of Jiawei zuojin pill(huang lian wu zhuyu,banxia baoshao and baiji),and the western medicine control group was treated with the combination of rabeprazole sodium enteric capsule combined with moschalbil dispersive tablet.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.In 1 week before and after treatment and 8 weeks after treatment,respectively,fill in "gastroesophageal reflux disease RDQ scale","Chinese medicine symptom integral table" and "self-evaluation of anxiety scale(SAS)and depression self rating scale(SDS),and telephone follow-up after the end of the course of 8 weeks" gastroesophageal reflux disease RDQ scale ".Results SPSS19.0 was used to evaluate the efficacy and conclusion.Results: 1.Before treatment,there was no statistical difference between the two groups in terms of gender,age,RDQ integral,TCM symptom score,SAS integration,SDS score,etc.(P>0.05).2.After 1 week of treatment,there were statistically significant differences in RDQ score,SAS score and SDS score before and after treatment(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).In TCM symptom integral,two groups compared with before treatment,were statistically significant(P<0.05),and compared between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),explain in improving TCM symptoms,the treatment group was better than control group.In the RDQ integral,the total effective rate of the treatment group was33.3%,the total effective rate of the control group was 40.0%,and there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 66.7%,and the total effective rate of the control group was46.7%.There was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the symptoms of gastroesophageal medicine.3.8 weeks after treatment,in RDQ integral,TCM symptoms integral,SAS,SDS,integral,and so on,compared with before treatment,the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),between the two groups are also statistically significant(P<0.05);In the RDQ integral,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,higher than the total effective rate of 80.0% in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 93.3% in TCM symptom score,which was significantly higher than 63.3% in the control group(P<0.05).4.After 8weeks of follow-up after the end of the treatment course,the scores of the two groups before and after the follow-up were compared,and there was no statistically significant difference(P >0.05).The scores of the two groups after follow-up were compared,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After follow-up,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 20%,significantly lower than the control group(46.7%)(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Jiawei zuojin pill can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and anxiety and depression of gastroesophageal reflux disease and improve the quality of life.2.The treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease can reduce the recurrence rate and have a good long-term effect.
