Objective:This paper aims to investigate the status quo of undergraduate nursing students' autonomous learning ability under the background of "Internet+",to explore basic data on the influence of undergraduate nursing students' autonomous learning ability,to establish the structural equation model between online learning environment,academic self-efficacy and autonomous learning ability,and to clarify its influence intensity and action path on autonomous learning ability,so as to provide reference for improving the autonomous learning ability of undergraduate nursing students under the situation of "Internet + education".Methods:This study is a descriptive study of non-experimental studies.Using the method of quota sampling,500 undergraduate nursing students from 6 comprehensive colleges school of nursing in Henan province are selected as the research objects.The participants are asked to complete a questionnaire consisting of general information questionnaire for undergraduate nursing students,autonomous learning ability scale,online learning environment scale and academic self-efficacy scale.Using SPSS 17.0 and Amos 22.0 to collect data for statistical analysis.Results:(1)The autonomous learning ability score of nursing undergraduates is(67.21±16.46),which is in the lower middle level.The scores of each dimension of autonomous learning ability are ranked:information ability is greater than self-management ability is greater than learning cooperation ability.(2)Among the basic materials,whether to participate in the interview/internship,whether to be an only child,library collection resources,grade,whether to serve as a student cadre,whether to be satisfied with online learning,school achievement ranking,whether to work part-time,whether to like nursing major,school learning atmosphere,perceived learning difficulty degree,and the influence of weekly online learning hours have statistical significance on the autonomous learning ability of undergraduate nursing students(P<0.05).(3)The stepwise multiple linear regression analysis shows that there are 7 variables on the undergraduate nursing students autonomous learning ability:library collection resources,whether to participate in the interview/internship,grade,whether to be satisfied with online learning,whether to be an only child,grades ranking,whether to serve as a student cadre,the autonomous learning ability can be interpreted effectively by 23.7%,the most predictive of autonomous learning ability is the "library's collection resource",which is 9.7%of the amount of variation.(4)The pearson correlation analysis shows that there is a significant positive correlation between autonomous learning ability score and online learning environment score(r=0.770,P<0.01),learning content factor score(r=0.725,P<0.01),learning support score(r=0.714,P<0.01),learning social structure factor(r=0.631,P<0.01),and academic self-efficacy score(r=0,801,P<0.01).(5)The structural equation model analysis shows that learning content factor?autonomous learning ability(?=0.213,P<0.01),learning support factor?autonomous learning ability(?=0.152,P<0.01),learning social structure factor?autonomous learning ability(?=0.075,P<0.01),the academic self-efficacy?autonomous learning ability(?=0.523,P<0.01).Conclusion:(1)The autonomous learning ability of nursing undergraduates is lower than the average level,among which the learning cooperation ability and information ability are better,and the self-management ability needs to be strengthened.(2)The influence factors of nursing undergraduates' autonomous learning ability:library collection resources,whether to participate in the interview,grade,whether to be satisfied with online learning,whether to be an only child,grades ranking,whether to serve as a student cadre,the biggest effect of library collection resources.(3)The online learning environment three dimensions(learning content,learning support,social structure)can directly influence the autonomous learning ability,also can through the academic self-efficacy mediation effect indirectly influence the autonomous learning ability,including the factors affecting the largest is the learning content.
