Objective: This study takes a comprehensive university medical student as the research object,and uses the Assessment Scale of Autonomous Learning under Network Environment and the Evaluation Scale of Autonomous Learning under Network Environment as research tools to comprehensively understand a comprehensive university from multiple angles.Medical students learn about self-learning abilities and learning effects in a network environment.At the same time,they analyze the influence of general factors on learning ability and learning effects,and propose targeted suggestions and countermeasures based on the results of analysis and discussion,so as to promote medical students in the network environment.It provides guidance on independent learning ability and learning effects,and also provides theoretical and practical reference for related research in the field of medical education.Methods: This This study is based on a systematic review of domestic and foreign relevant literature on autonomous learning,online learning,online autonomous learning,mobile learning,and blended learning,and comprehensively combing relevant theories,research methods,and research status at home and abroad.A questionnaire was used to evaluate the self-learning influencing factors under the network environment and a self-study evaluation scale under the network environment.566 questionnaires were issued to medical students in a comprehensive university,and 513 effective questionnaires were collected.Effective recovery rate It is 90.64%.The survey content mainly includes four parts: medical students' general information status,network self-learning ability status,network environment status,and online learning effect evaluation status.Using the Epidata3.0 software to establish a database,data entry using double entry,using SPSS 20.0 software for general description of the data,analysis of influencing factors,statistical methods used mainly t test,analysis of variance,correlation analysis and other statistical methods,use The LSD method compares some of the data,and P<0.05 is considered statistically significant.The in-depth analysis of the influencing factors of network self-learning ability and effect,and put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions.Results: 1.Medical Students' Autonomous Learning Content in Network Environment Medical students' learning content in the Internet environment mainly focuses on daily professional learning,personal interest learning,vocational qualification examinations,civil service examinations,and postgraduate examinations.From the perspective of frequency of use,self-study time in the network environment is mainly used for English learning.In terms of daily professional courses and personal interests,it is rarely used in vocational qualification examinations,civil service examinations,and postgraduate examinations.2.Evaluation of Medical Students' Autonomous Learning Ability in Network Environment In terms of self-efficacy in online learning,in the five items of the self-efficacy dimension,“you will achieve great achievement when the learning goal is achieved”,the score is higher,and the lower score is “thinking that you have higher independent learning ability”.In the 8 items of the willpower level dimension,“If a friend is about to play on his or her own,he will still stick to learning.” Higher scores and lower scores mean that “every semester will start to set goals for online learning”.Most of the survey student groups have strong self-control ability and self-adjustment,but the planning awareness of online learning is not high.Among the 4 items in the internal target dimension,the score of “Internet learning is to improve self” is higher and the score is higher.The low is “want to learn more useful knowledge through online learning”;among the six items in the learning strategy dimension,the higher the score is “I will adjust the learning plan when the discovery plan is inconsistent with reality”.The lower is “Before learning,it will develop a learning plan”;in the five dimensions of the information processing capability,“the ability to quickly download required information when learning online” High and low are “in a large amount of information,can quickly find the information needed”;medical students' autonomous learning ability scores and scores in all dimensions,there is no student in the low level group,located in the middle level group There were 403 people(78.56%)and 110 people(21.44%)in the high-level group.Most of the medical students' autonomous learning ability of the university was in the upper middle level;in the five dimensions,the “information processing capacity” dimension(67.08 The scores of %)and "Learning Strategy"(65.90%)were higher,and the scores of "Inner Target"(64.45%)and "Self-Efficacy"(62.28%)were lower.3.Self-learning network environment status assessment In the evaluation of the Internet environment,for the evaluation result of the 4 items of the communication assistance dimension,the highest score(3.45±0.809)can be found in “communicating with classmates when learning online”,and “no loneliness” in online learning is lowest(3.31±0.886);In the evaluation of the 4 items of the network conditional dimension,the “highest concentration of e-learning in your network environment” score is highest(3.49±0.837).“Easy learning can be found in schools or hospitals.The scores of the venues were the lowest(3.27±0.810);in the evaluation of five items of online resources,the “highest score for learning resources that are suitable for their own learning” was highest(3.52±0.718).The “learning operation is easy and convenient” scored the lowest(3.31±0.699).4.Analysis of Influencing Factors of Medical Students' Autonomous Learning Ability and Effect in Network Environment In the evaluation of the Internet environment,for the evaluation results of the 4 items of the communication assistance dimension,the score of “be able to find a pleasant exchange of classmates during online learning” is higher,and “the loneliness of online learning does not occur” is lower;in network conditions In the evaluation of the 4 dimensions of the Dimensions,the rating of “Internet learning atmosphere is rich in your network environment” is higher,and “the place where you can always find e-learning in schools or hospitals” scores low;in the network resource dimension 5 In the evaluation of the items,"the ability to find the learning resources that suits them" has a higher score,and the "Internet learning operation is simple,convenient and quick" scores lower.Gender is the influencing factor of online self-learning effect.Females score higher on online learning than boys.Boys are more likely to be affected by other interference factors in the network environment and reduce the effect of learning.Professionals are the influencing factors of online self-learning effects.The score of learning effects of medical students under the network environment is lower than that of preventive medical students,and the difference is statistically significant.The amount of family residence and e-learning equipment owned is the influencing factor of online self-learning effect,and the information processing ability The difference between groups was statistically significant;the network environment was one of the factors affecting the effect of network self-learning.Medical students with different network environments had different learning effects.The LSD(L)test showed that the network environment was better.The main learning effect is better.The ability of network self-learning is one of the most important factors influencing the effect of online self-learning.The higher the learning ability,the better the learning effect.Conclusions: 1.The self-learning ability of medical students in the university is generally at an upper level in the Internet environment.The overall adaptability to online self-learning is better,and individual differences are smaller.The information processing ability has the highest score and self-efficacy.The sense dimension score is the lowest and needs further improvement.2.Factors influencing self-learning ability of medical students in the online environment include: gender,grade,place of residence,equipment ownership,and study time.3.The network environment,self-learning ability,equipment ownership,and learning time are the influencing factors of self-directed learning in the network environment.
