Objective:To assess the clinical efficacy of intravitreal conbercept and laser on stage IV Diabetic retinopathy. Methods:From july 2016 to july 20 1 7,after the diagnosis was confirmed by fundus examination, fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA)and optical coherence tomography(OCT),30 patients(34 eyes)from our Hospital with stage ?with diabetic retinopathy were randomly divided into injection group(18 cases)and laser group(16 cases),The injection group was given intravitreal injection of conbercept 0.05ml(0.5mg);the laser group was given the whole retina laser. The best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)and central macular thickness(CMT)preoperative and postoperative 1 month,2 months,3 months, and 6 months were compared, the efficiency and reperfusion rate of FFA in both groups were compared in the postoperative 6 months, then analyzing the factors of reperfusion,Results:BCVA and CMT at 6 months after operation in both groups were better than those before operation, the difference was statistically(p<0.05).BCVA in the injection group was higher than that in the laser group at each period,There are no statistically significant differences(p<0.05).The CMT of each period after injection was lower than that of laser group,There are no statistically significant differences,(p<0.05).The effective rate of FFA in injection group and laser group was 72.2%and 69%respectively,There are no statistically significant differences, the reperfusion of partial retina in 10 eyes in the injection group, and the rate of reperfusion was 55%.There was no obvious reperfusion in the laser group.Binary logistic regression analysis of the injection group sample age,the history of Diabetes, preoperative BCVA,CMT,injection times with Whether to resume reperfusion. There are no statistically significant differences,(P>0.05).It can not yet be considered that there is a relationship between the factors and reperfusion. Conclusion:In this study,Both methods have therapeutic effects on diabetic retinopathy The injection group was better than laser in reducing macular edema and improving visual acuity. There was no difference between the two groups in regression of neovascularization and reduction of non-perfusion area.the reperfusion may be related to the anti-VEGF intravitreal injections. It can not yet be considered that there is a relationship between the factors(age, the history of Diabetes, preoperative BCVA,CMT,injection times)and reperfusion.
