The knee plays an important role in walking and maintaining body posture.Once there is damage or dysfunction,it will affect the sports performance, work and life of the injured person. From the perspective of holism, the problem of degenerative knee disease not only affects specific parts of the body, but also adversely affects the entire lower limbs and even the body posture, which may adversely affect the physical activity and health of the elderly. If we can find the problem in time and take effective measures to prevent the occurrence of degenerative diseases of the knee, and correct it in an effective methods,we can ensure the healthy life of the elderly and eliminate psychological barriers to improve social adaptability.Aim: To investigate the effect of experimental intervention on degenerative knee injury, and to observe the effect of knee joint function change on static body posture of lower limbs from the perspective of posture control,so as to provide ideas, methods and means for the prevention and treatment of knee degenerative diseases and the study of lower limb static body posture. Methods: Using literature method, interview investigation method, experimental research method, mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method, the knee joints of selected elderly groups were studied, and 8 weeks of pre-test and post-test intervention experiments were conducted in groups. The intervention method used Muscles Electrical Stimulation and Foam Rolling. The maximum isometric contraction muscle strength and joint mobility of the knee flexion and extension were tested using the portable muscle strength and joint mobility tester;the PA200 LE body posture assessment system was used to measure the percentage of plantar pressure when the human body was standing still;using VAS scale was used to assess the degree of pain before and after the knee joint pain test.Based on the above data, statistical analysis was carried out,and then the data changes after the experimental intervention were analyzed and discussed.Result:1.Data analysis in the Muscle Electrical Stimulation group showed that the knee joint activity and muscle strength increased, the knee joint pain was alleviated, the percentage of plantar pressure was changed, and the statistical difference of each index data was very significant;combined with the foam axis control group Comparison of data between groups found that the above indicators showed statistical differences.2.The Foam Rolling group statistically significant differences in the knee joint activity,VAS scale and the percentage of plantar pressure in the elderly, while the data in the muscle strength index has changed, but there is no statistical difference.3.Knee joint mobility and muscle strength increased and pain relief, can cause changes in the percentage of plantar pressure data, muscle electrical stimulation training effect is significantly better than foam axis rolling.Conclusion:1.The effect of muscle electrical stimulation on the increase range of motion of knee joint is obvious compared with the foam rolling.2.Muscle electrical stimulation has obvious effects in increasing knee muscle strength and relieving pain.Foam Rolling has no obvious effect on increasing muscle strength, and has a certain effect on pain reduction.3.The normal function of the knee joint can fully improve the static body posture control ability of the lower limbs.
