Objective: Use of DAVID intelligent detection(DAVID)spine rehabilitation system,explore the Nonspecific low back pain(Nonspecific low back pain,NLBP)in patients with lower back six direction of motion,muscle strength,muscle endurance characteristics,for the prevention and control of NLBP provide scientific exercise intervention plan.Methods: This study collected from March 2016 to September 2016 in sichuan province sports medicine conducted a clinic orthopedic hospital of 60 patients with nonspecific low back pain for low back pain group,normal(without history of spinal surgery,6 months without low back pain),30 cases of normal group;Using orthopaedic hospital in sichuan province sports medicine DAVID(DAVID)spinal intelligent detection system,the recovery of low back pain group and normal group six direction of activity in the small of your back(after stretching,bending forward,right,left,right,left flexion mobility),strength(after stretching,forward bends,right,left,right flexion,left flexor muscle),muscle endurance(after stretching,bending forward,right,left,right flexion,left flexor muscle endurance)for testing;Make records for the data from testing,respectively;Experimental data points through SPSS21.0 statistics.Results: 1)low back pain group in the muscle(P < 0.001),the right side of the flexor muscle(P = 0.034),the left side of the flexor muscle(P = 0.032),after extensor endurance(P < 0.001),significantly lower than normal group;Lumbago group in the flexor muscle(P > 0.05),the right hand muscle(P > 0.05),levorotatory muscle(P > 0.05),lower than normal group was not significant;2)low back pain group in the former flexor muscle endurance(P > 0.05),right hand muscle endurance(P > 0.05),a left-handed muscle endurance(P > 0.05),the right side of the flexor muscle endurance(P > 0.05),the left side of the flexor muscle endurance(P > 0.05),lower than the normal group was not significant;3)low back pain group(P > 0.05)in forward bends mobility,activity(P > 0.05),right after the activity(P > 0.05),levorotatory mobility,on the right side(P > 0.05),the left side of the bend flexion mobility activity(P >0.05),lower than normal group was not significant.Conclusion:Nonspecific low back pain patients after lower back muscle strength,the right side of the flexor muscle strength,on the left side of the bend strength,after extensor reduced endurance is significant,suggested that exercise therapy should be on the basis of accurate evaluation of these changes,formulate appropriate,targeted intervention plans such as: 1)in patients with nonspecific low back pain of the back after the extensor muscle strength,muscle endurance drop the stomach back stretching movements such as rehabilitation exercise;2)on nonspecific low back pain in patients with lumbar flexor muscle on the right side,left side of the back bending strength decreased by adopting the method of single leg side suspension rehabilitation exercise,speed up the NLBP rehabilitation of patients.
