Objective:In this study,we collected data on bronchial asthma patients to understand the control level of bronchial asthma patients and their psychological status of anxiety and depression, and analyzed the factors affecting anxiety tendency and depression tendency in asthma patients, and explored the correlation between the level of asthma control in patients and anxiety as well as depression,in order to provide a valuable research basis for the prevention and treatment of mental health problems in asthma patients. Methods:The Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),and Asthma Control Test(ACT)were used as investigative tools.202 patients with bronchial asthma from a hospital in Beijing from October 2017 to May 2018 were selected as subjects(the effective recovery rate of the final questionnaire was 80.8%).General information was collected for all included patients, and the corresponding scales were evaluated. The current state of anxiety, depression, and asthma control in patients.Data was entered using Epidata 3.1 software, and IBM SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used for scale reliability testing and data analysis. The categorical variables were statistically described using the frequency and composition ratio(rate),and the continuous variables were statistically described using(`x±S).The variance analysis used a chi-square test and the correlation analysis used the Spearman rank correlation test. The test level was P < 0.05.Results:1.A total of 250 questionnaires were sent to the questionnaires for bronchial asthma patients, and 202 valid questionnaires were collected, including 130 males, accounting for 64.36%,and 72 females, accounting for 35.64%.The male to female ratio was 1.8:1.There were 147 patients from the city, accounting for 72.77%.The average age of the subjects was(58.75±14.72)years old,the average body weight was(69.48±12.25)kg,and the average height was(165.34±13.37)cm.The anxiety score of the respondents was(39.72±8.29),which was higher than the domestic norm(33.80±5.90);28 people with anxiety tendency, accounting for 13.86%;the depression score of the respondents was(39.92±11.77),higher than Domestic norm(41.88±10.57),a total of 36 people with depression tendency, accounting for 17.82%.2.Anxiety detection rate in different genders, ages, occupations, education levels, marital status, place of residence,BMI classification, monthly household income, medical expenses, family living area, asthma course, outpatient inhalation medication, medication compliance There were no significant differences between the different groups(P>0.05).The difference in anxiety detection rate between the control groups of asthma was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The detection rate of depression in different genders, occupations, education levels, marital status, place of residence,BMI classification, monthly household income, different medical expenses, family living area, asthma course, inhalation medication, medication compliance, asthma There was no statistically significant difference between the control level groups(P>0.05).The difference in depression detection rate was statistically significant between different age groups(P<0.05).4.In terms of patient anxiety score, among the basic demographic characteristics of patients, the differences in anxiety scores among different groups of age, education level, monthly income per capita, and family living area were statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in anxiety scores was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.In terms of patient depression scores, among the basic demographic characteristics of patients, only the differences in depression scores between different age groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a difference in depression scores between different groups of medication adherence and asthma control.Statistical significance(P<0.05)Conclusions:1.In this study, the positive rate of anxiety tendency was 13.86%,and the positive rate of depression tendency was 17.82%;2.The positive rate of anxiety tendency is different among patients with different levels of asthma control;there is a negative correlation between asthma control score and anxiety score, that is,the worse the level of asthma control, the more likely patients are to have anxiety tendency;3.There is a negative correlation between asthma control score and depression score, that is,the worse the asthma control level, the more likely the patient is to have depression tendency;4.The positive rates of anxiety and depression tend to be different in different age groups.Among them, asthma patients with ages between 41 and 65 have the highest positive rate of anxiety and depression, suggesting that patients of this age should pay attention to the prevention of anxiety and depression.
