ObjectComparative analysis of the effect of vacuum sealing drainage and traditiongal pressure dressing in skin grafting.MethodsPatients with traffic accident injuries, burns, scar release, skin tumor resection and other causes of 107 cases of skin defect of skin grafting in our department from October 2015 to March 2017 were chosen. They were randomly divided into 2 groups, treatment group(45 cases)with VSD closed drainage and the control group(62 cases)by conventional compression bandage. Two groups of patients were demolished from the dressing after 7 days, and the curative effects of two methods were analyzed from skin graft survival rate, wound infection rate, incidence of subcutaneous, wound healing time, and after 12 months of follow-up,long-term skin color, scar hyperplasia and appearance satisfaction.ResultsSkin graft survival rate: treatment group 95.6%,control group 80.6%;wound infection rate: treatment group 6.6%,control group 24.1%;incidence of subcutaneous:treatment group 4.4%,control group 24.1%;wound healing time: treatment group(11.67±1.33)d,control group(12.42±1.56)d.The two groups of patients were followed up for 12 months to observe the long-term skin scar hyperplasia and appearance satisfaction. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionCompared with traditional pressure dressing skin grafting, vacuum sealing drainage skin grafting can improve the survival rate, reduce the wound infection rate and the incidence of subcutaneous hemorrhage, shorten the healing time of skin graft, and long-term skin appearance satisfaction after 12 months of follow-up is significantly better than traditional pressure bandage skin grafting,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
