Research On Informatization Construction Plan Of Medical Alliance Based On S Ophthalmologic H Hospital

In 2017,S Eye Hospital led the establishment of the Shandong Provincial Eye Medical Alliance,which aims to achieve the sharing of quality medical resources by optimizing the allocation of medical resources and improving the efficiency of medical resource utilization.This indicates that the informatization development process of S Eye Hospital has entered the stage of regional medical informatization.How does the hospital build a regional medical information system based on the medical association background,and how does the information construction support the business cooperation within the medical association? At present,research in this area is limited,lack of specific construction practices,and operability is not strong.The purpose of this research is to explore a regional medical informatization construction model with general guiding significance,and to design a regional medical informatization construction plan for S eye hospitals.This research focuses on the regional medical informatization construction,takes the demand-oriented by medical cooperation,takes the management information system theory as the guide,takes the S eye hospital as the practice object,and uses the literature analysis method,case analysis method and field research method,analyze the successful regional medical information practice cases,extract the key points of regional medical informatization;Using SWOT analysis,SST and CSF to study the current situation and information development needs of S-eye hospitals,and design the construction plan of regional medical informationization of "one platform,four systems and one transformation" of S-eye hospitals,puts forward five safeguards from organization,personnel,capital,management and execution,and also puts forward the possible risks and evasion measures of project construction.Through the above research,the paper draws the following conclusions:1.S Eye Hospital establishes regional medical informatization,facing the problems of informationized talents,informatization construction system,fit degree of hospital business processes and information technology,and hospital understanding of informatization.The main countermeasures include strengthening the construction of information-based talents,establishing business processes that are compatible with informatization,unifying the hospital’s understanding of informatization construction,and improving the information management system.2.The design of regional medical informatization construction plan for S eye hospital requires the construction of "one platform,four systems and one transformation" : medical information integration platform,remote consultation system,two-way referral system,eye health screening system,full life cycle eye health file system,and upgrading and upgrading of information infrastructure.3.S eye hospitals need to pay attention to change risk,resource consumption risk and technical risk in the process of building regional medical information.Risks should be avoided from three aspects: system construction,project management and information security system construction.
